Vacation Rental Description

3 bdrm lakefront home, nestled on the banks of a 450 acre private 
reservoir, located in the Sierra Nevade between Auburn and Grass 
Valley.  Home is comfortable and fully equiped, with a large deck and 
fenced yard.  Outdoor pets okay with deposit.  Property has its own 
floating dock and launch ramp access.  Enjoy water sports, hiking, 
fishing and wildlife.  Dark Horse golf course is less than 5 minutes 
away.  The Ridge and Black Oak golf courses are within 15 minutes of 
the property.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Master bedroom has double pillow top queen bed.  There is full 
size bed in another room.  The third bedroom has a bunkbed with two 
twin beds, another twin bed and a full size futon.  Family room has a 
pullout queen size sofa sleeper.  The family 
room and kitchen are large.  Kitchen has a breakfast bar.  There is a 
full service laundry room as well.  Kitchen is fully equiped.  Cable 
TV, DVD/VCR and CD/stereo player.  Kids room has Nintendo 64 and 
TV/VCR.  All linens are provided.  Aluminum rowboat is provided for 
your use.  

Activities and Attractions

Enjoy water sports including water-skiing, wakeboarding and swimming; 
fishing; golfing; hiking and wildlife.  

Vacation Rental Rates

October 1 - April 30 (2 night minimum):  $150/night, $1000/week
September & May (2 night minimum):  $175/night, $1200/week
June 1 - August 31: $200/night, $1400/week
$100 pet deposit for outdoor pets only
$50-$100 cleaning fee
$100 security deposit
Base rates are for 7 persons or less, each additional person is $10 
per night 

All rentals subject to 10% Nevada County Occupancy tax
