Vacation Rental Description

Nestled on 30 oceanfront acres alongside idyllic Great Bay, The Ritz-
Carlton Club®, St. Thomas offers the ultimate in refined tropical 
living. A rich palette of unparalleled residential and vacation

The Ritz-Carlton® Tradition

Both Residences and suites share the essential elements of Ritz-
Carlton® elegance, island-style: understated luxury with touches of 
the tropics; spacious living areas and master bedrooms with Italian 
marble baths; private patios or balconies; access to a spacious, new 
Members' Lounge; and direct beachfront locations on idyllic Great 
Bay, a classic Caribbean panorama of gentle surf, swaying palm trees 
and distant hills.

Club Suites
These are identical to the Residences in every way but one: instead 
of a gourmet kitchen and dining room, Members have a bistro kitchen 
and exclusive access to three food presentations daily at the private 
suites club house. All Club suites feature dual master suites and two-
balconies.

This residence is a Suite which is quite different from other Ritz 
Carlton residences because it provides what the Ritz calls four "Food 
Presentations" per day. Your key to your room provides entrance to 
the Suite Lounge which is a short walk (2 buildings over, about 2-4 
minutes) where the following is provided. They also provide red and 
white wine along with rum throughout the day!!! 

The following description is not a guarantee of what will be 
provided, but gives you a general idea of what is usually provided. 
It is not all-day food, but broken up into 4 different time slots. 

Breakfast - Items such as bagels, cereal, toast, some kind of meat 
(smoked salmon, turkey or ham), fresh fruit, yogurt, milk, juices, 
coffee, tea, can soda. 

Lunch - Items such as sandwiches, bread, salads, some kind of meat, 
fresh fruit, fresh vegetables, Pringles, milk, juices, coffee, tea, 
can soda, rum, wine. 

Dinner - While this could be a light dinner, this is really more 
appetizers. Usually a mix of 2-4 hot or cold appetizers, wine, rum, 
can soda, coffee, tea 

Dessert - At 8:00 it's dessert time! A mix of incredible desserts, 
coffee, tea, wine and rum. You can also get beer for a charge in the 
Suite Lounge. 

Just think - no cooking, cleaning, paying additional for meals, and 
you get fantastic Ritz Carlton food! We stayed here in June and never 
ate breakfast or lunch outside of the Suite Lounge - what a savings!! 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Dedicated Club Concierge
Concierge service begins before your arrival and is always available 
to enhance the experience of membership. At your request, 
transportation will be waiting for you at the airport. Your pantry 
and bar will be provisioned; your vacation wardrobe unpacked, cleaned 
and pressed; your residence decorated with family photographs and 
mementos, as if you had never left.

Sports Clothing and Equipment Storage
The Club can provide secure, year-round storage for golf clubs, 
sports gear and personal items.

Business Services
Club Residences and Club Suites are equipped with high-speed Internet 
access. Your Club Concierge will be happy to assist with any business 
needs.

The Ritz Kids® Program
Your children are a welcome addition to The Ritz-Carlton Club® 
family. Half-day and full-day programs keep little ones busy, safe 
and happy with beach and pool games and creative fun.

Twice-daily Housekeeping
Service is as discreet and meticulous as if you had brought your own 
household staff, and includes nightly turndown service.

Members' Lounge
Après-golf, après-beach or with your morning coffee, enjoy the 
company of fellow Club Members in the living-room-like ambiance of 
the elegantly furnished lounge.

Watersports
The Club shares a full-service aquatic center with the neighboring 
The Ritz-Carlton®, St. Thomas Hotel, providing convenient access to 
everything from sea kayaking to scuba-diving excursions. The resort's 
53-foot catamaran, Lady Lynsey, is available for sunset cruises and 
private charters.

Spa and Fitness
At the adjacent The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, a new boutique Spa, Salon and 
Fitness Center offers signature treatments to soothe and energize 
both mind and body. Request an outdoor cabana or a luxurious 
treatment room, or indulge in a spa service at your Residence. The 
Fitness Center features state-of-the-art cardiovascular and weight-

For elegant, Caribbean-influenced fare, the Great Bay Grill at the 
adjacent Ritz-Carlton®, St. Thomas is among the best in the islands. 
The resort offers an array of casual and formal restaurants and 
provides in-residence dining for our Members. A private chef is 
available upon request to prepare dinner in the Members' own gourmet 
kitchen. Club Suites have exclusive access to a private dining 
experience, three times daily in the Club Suites Clubhouse.

Snorkeling
You will be amazed at the rainbow of colors you see as you encounter 
the live coral reefs and crystal-clear waters of St. Thomas and St. 
John.

Kayaking
Explore St. Thomas' natural beauty and marine life on a guided tour 
through the St. Thomas Marine Sanctuary and Mangrove Lagoon.

Scuba Diving
Explore shipwrecks, pinnacles and tunnels in one of the Caribbean's 
most popular diving destinations. In the neighboring British Virgin 
Islands, visit the wreck of the Rhone. Please stop by Patagon, our on-
site dive center, for additional details.

Windsurfing
Renowned for its perfect windsurfing conditions, St. Thomas is the 
ideal setting for year-round windsurfing.

Hiking
St. Thomas and St. John are a hiker's delight--from discovering 
secluded beaches to exploring full-fledged sugar mill and plantation 
ruins.

Horseback Riding
Ride through lush green hills on a secluded trail leading to the 
beach. At Half Moon Stables, horses and ponies are available, as well 
as your choice of English or Western saddles. Visit Carolina Corral 
Stables in Coral Bay, and discover the beauty of St. Johns' interior 
during a relaxing ride on a horse or donkey.

Parasailing
Soar above the waters of St. Thomas as you experience the pure 
exhilaration of parasailing.

Sailing
Set sail aboard The Ritz-Carlton, St. Thomas' own catamaran, The Lady 
Lynsey, offering day snorkel sails and sunset sails. Or, enjoy one of 
the many charters available on St. Thomas, where you can discover the 
beauty of the Caribbean Sea as you explore white-sand beaches and

fishing and is well known as the unsurpassed location for serious 
Blue Marlin fishermen.

Nearby Golf
Challenge yourself at St. Thomas' Mahogany Run – a Tom Fazio-
designed, par-70, 18-hole golf course overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. 
This course boasts what are considered to be 18 of the most beautiful 
and challenging holes in the Caribbean. Test your golf skills on the 
13th, 14th and 15th holes – better known as the Devil's Triangle.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates are $9950 per week of January 4-11, 2008 OR January 11-18, 2008.

Rate for both weeks from January 4-18, 2008 is discounted @ $18000.
