    New in "March 2006" Casa Maya Bonita de Puerto Morelos. A house 
like no other which will make your vacation extra special. Built by 
decendants of the Chichen Itza architects it's ornate stone work, 
beautiful wood sculptures, custom made furniture and hand painted 
murals give you a feeling of the ancient Mayan world.
   These are two beautiful, two bedroom villas with equal amenities.
   These quality built two bedroom villas are one block from an 
incredible swimming and walking beach and two blocks from the town 
square.  Casa Maya Bonita features artistic stone work by Felix Chan 
of Cenotillo Yucatan, custom wood work and furniture by Luis Canche 
of Temozon Yucatan, wood sculptures by artist Raymundo Catzin of 
Piste Yucatan, murals by artist Fernando Vitorin of Tizimin

Vacation Rental Amenities

   These are two bedroom villas one room king and the other room two 
queens. The beds are extra long (84"-213cm) California Style beds 
for the taller people. With an extra shower outside to wash the 
beach sand off. Each villa has capacity of 6 or if needed rent both 
for up to 12 people. Bedrooms are equipped with hammocks that hang 
over the beds to better your Mayan experience. All rooms are cable 
tv equipped with 29" tv´s and the Jacuzzis rooms 21".
   Complete kitchens with four burner stove top, microwave, 
toasters, can opener, water dispenser for hot and cold water, 
blender, coffee maker, juicer, utensils for a normal kitchen and 
unlimited bottle water. Air conditioning and ceiling fans in the 
bedrooms and common areas. We have a computer with wireless 
internet   
     We have a kids pool for them to splash around and play in for 
kids 12 and under. A fantastic sandy beach and crystal clear water 
only 3 minute walk.
   Free telephone service to the U.S., Canada and with an incoming 
U.S. number. Free local calls. 
   We give you to use two cell phones that you pay for usage. 1 peso 
per minute between the two or 4.5 peso per minute to other 
telephones (1$U.S. = app.10.5 pesos) . Domolite Jacuzzi Hot tub for 
six people equipped with two five hp water pumps to relax you after 
a day at the beach, walking the ruins or dancing all night. Outside 
area to swing in a hammock while cooking some fresh fish or 
hamburgers on the outside Barbecue grill. 100 meters to the beach 
for your tan. 
   Two blocks from the town square and park where you will find a 
variety of restaurants, Mexican, Chinese, Italian, pizza, fish. 
Unlike Cancun or Playa Del Carmen the fruit truck passes daily with 
the seasonal fruits for your fresh orange juice and a fresh bread 
and sweet roll van in the afternoons, along with others just listen 
for the "sounds of Mexico" and you will know who's coming. Most 
anything else can be found at the General store two blocks away.
  Let us know in advance and we can stock the kitchen with your 
supplies to get a easy start.

Activities and Attractions

   In Puerto Morelos you kick back and enjoy the peacefulness and 
tranquility. The "Mayberry" of the Riviera Maya.
   But if you like there is: 
Swimming at the beach, snorkeling and diving at the National reef 
the second largest in the world. ATV trips through the jungle, 
sports fishing,cenote exploration and swimming and diving,horse back 
riding,ruins exploration, botanical gardens and zoo, bird watching, 
ecological parks, or if you want to kick it up at a disco in Cancun 
or Playa del Carmen 25 minutes away, or take a road trip see some of 
Mexico.(From a personal point I like the road trips you will see and 
learn alot.)
   

Vacation Rental Rates

   High Season (November 15 to April 30) $1.100 / per week.(2 
people) Summer(May 1 to November 15) $900 / per week.(2 people) $75 
per person extra. Christmas - New Years -Easter(December 20th to 
January 7th) 2,500 per / week.(6 people)Call for monthly rental 
rates.Check in at 5.00 pm Check out at 9.00 am . Arrangements can be 
made if this causes a conflict. Security deposit of $300 refunded at 
check out. Discount of 25% if rented and occupied within 15 days 
Payment of 50% due at reservation and balance 60 days before 
arrival. Cancellation policy if more than 60 days, credit for stay 
at another time 59-31 days 1/2 credit for a stay at another time and 
30 days or less no refund.
