Vacation Rental Description

Family Style Unit with 3 separate units. Each cabin has 3 queen 
bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Living Rooms & Kitchens are fully 
furnished.
Cabins 5 & 6 have adjoining doors, gas fireplaces,and pull out 
sofa's. Each unit has a private balcony back porch. Outside grills 
are charcoal and stationary.Surrounded by FDR State Park, this unit 
makes a cozy family retreat. Rent 1 unit or all three. Each unit is 
$160.00 a night plus tax. Pets are welcome with a $10.00 fee per pet 
per stay.Pets must be on a leash when outdoors and you are 
responsible for any damage the pet may do. If you need more room, 
there are several other cabins in the same area. Close to Callaway 
Gardens, Butts Mill Farm, Warm Springs Shopping, & The Little White 
House. Wild Animal Safari and Antique Shops provide activities to 
keep you entertained. Seventy miles south of Atlanta or 20 miles 
north of Columbus, results in a central location for all to meet.

Activities and Attractions

Close to Callaway Gardens, Butts Mill Farm, Wild Animal Safari, 
Antique Shops, The Little White House, FDR State Park, Warm Springs 
Shopping, & The famous Bullock House Restaurant. The Gay City Fair 
in April and October, Fantasy in Lights in November and December. 
The Indian Festival in October.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rent one cabin or all three. $160.00 a night plus tax, each unit.
Discounts for Renting all three cabins and weekly rates prevail.
