Vacation Rental Description

Boths cottages are secluded and located in a private garden.  

Areaca Cottage: Has an open beam ceiling in the living room, giving 
it
a very spacious feel. This cottage has a carpeted master bedroom with
a queen bed and a separate single bed. 
  Two single beds are in a loft above the kitchen area.  This 
cottage 
is ideal for a family of five or less, or for two couples, but it
also has served well for honeymooners. 

Poinciana Cottage: The smaller of our cottages (450 sq.ft.), has open
beam ceilings with ceiling fan, all tile floors and a large picture
window above the kitchen / dinning area. A king size bed allows for
comfortable sleeping and the bathroom has a large shower and a 
venting
skylight. The patio area has mature trees and tropical plants and
flowers. Very private. All new interior

There is parking available for two vehicles in the carport.

Activities and Attractions

Our cottages are centrally located on the east side of the island
of Kauai so you can can readily move  both north (Hanalei) and
south (Poipu).  Restaurants, shopping, hiking, kayaking, and  beaches
are only minutes away.
 

Vacation Rental Rates

Cottage 1: ARECA COTTAGE: Sleeps up to 5 persons

Daily Rate:    $110 2 persons
Weekly Rate:   $730 2 persons. 
               ($15 each Additional person).
               11.4% state tax will be added.
               No other charges.


Cottage 2: POINCIANA COTTAGE (Sleeps two)

Daily Rate:   $85 
Weekly Rate:  $560 
              11.4% state tax will be added. 
              No Other Charges.
