Emerald Tide - Steps to Beach, Beach Access and Heated Pool in Seagrove Beach

Our
beautiful four bedroom or 3 bedroom plus bunk room, three bathroom
home is located
in the popular family community of Summer's Edge in Seagrove Beach.
We are a bike ride away from Seaside and our home is on the beach
side
of 30-A. We
are 50-75 yards from the sugary white beaches, we are 3 lots away
from
our neighborhood's private beach access and two lots away from one of
two community
pools, with the one closest to our home heated.
Emerald Tide, with its spacious 2300 square feet, is perfect for a
family reunion, a group of friends getting together, a family
enjoying
time together or a husband and wife searching for that quite time
away.
The main living area features a large open kitchen, eating area and
den. Also featured on the main floor is one of four master suites
with a queen size bed and full bath. We also have a queen size
sleeper sofa for that extra guest who may stop by unexpectedly. For
those Mom's or Dad's who hate to have tons of laundry to do after
vacation, we have an over-sized laundry room that leads to a back
deck
with a barbecue grill and an enclosed outside shower.
Our second floor features a beautifully decorated front master
bedroom
with access to the upstairs porch. It has a king size poster bed
with
a private full bath featuring a walk-in shower and separate Jacuzzi
tub. Our third master suite, also located on the second floor, has a
queen size bed with another full bath.
Lastly, the fourth suite is perfect for those families where the kids
want their own space. This room has 2 sets of bunk beds and is a
great location for the kids to stay up all night and enjoy. Every
bedroom has a ceiling fan, TV and DVD players. We do have built in
surround sound to play that wonderful Jimmy Buffett music while
relaxing on the front porch.
The pristine beach and breathtaking sunsets are only a few reasons to
make Emerald Tide your beach home. Come and enjoy our home's
relaxing
atmosphere. The only decision you will have to make is whether to
spend the day at the beach, or pool, or golf course, or shopping, or
bicycling, or hiking or just taking a nap.
