We are located on the Atlantic Ocean on the beautiful East Coast of
Central Florida. Close by golfing, fishing, boating and Canaveral
National Seashore. Close to shopping and fine dining. An hour away
from Kennedy Space Center, Walt Disney World, MGM, Sea World and
Universal Studios.
Our unit is a non-smoking unit that is located on the non-drive section on New Smyrna beach. Our
nicely decorated 3rd floor unit offers a wonderful view of the ocean and has 2 bedrooms and 2
bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and a TV with remote control there is also a door that
leads to the balcony. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a small TV with remote control. The
great room offers a living/ dinning room combo. The living room has a sofa that pulls out into a
full size bed a full size TV with remote control, DVD and VCR. The dinning room has a table with 4
chairs and a bar area with two bar stools. We also have a pack n play available and Internet service
is also available.
