Paradise at Sproat Lake - Interlude Holidays in Vancouver Island

This chalet style home on beautiful Sproat Lake is the ideal family
vacation spot or corporate
getaway. We are located just 7 miles from the city of Port Alberni -
which is situated at the head
of the Alberni Inlet and jumping off point to the best salmon fishing
on the west coast.
Driving time from Victoria is approx. 3 hours, and from the ferry
terminal in Nanaimo approx. 1 hour
and 15 minutes. For those of you flying in there is a 4000' paved
airport just 3 miles away with
guest tie-down facilities.

Interlude is equipped for year round living with one fireplace,
washer/dryer, dishwasher, regulation
size slate pool table, wireless high speed internet, 3 TV's and DVD
players, 2 stereos, piano, BBQ,
and lawn furniture. We even have a tree house for the shorter guests!

Fishing (every salmon in the lake must pass right by our private 20'
X 44' dock. Swimming, scuba
diving, canoeing, exploring, birdwatching, hiking, and anything else
one might imagine. Interlude is
on the highway to Tofino and Long Beach, so you can drive to the West
Coast in 2 hours or less for
day trips. Sit on our dock and watch the world famous Martin Mars
water bombers 200' overhead on
their final approach to their home base across the lake.

$2,395 per week - Sunday to Sunday from June 29 - Sept. 7   $1,195 per week - Sunday to Sunday from Sept. 7 to June 28,
This lovely home has been selectively rented to full capacity during
the summer months for the past
7 seasons. During the 'shoulder' and 'low' seasons we will accept a 3
day rental for $249 per night.
Holiday long weekends (Thanksgiving, Easter) are a 4 night minimum
rental.
Christmas / New Years is an 8 day rental for a flat rate of $1,495.
Deposit of 50% at time of booking, and balance 45 days prior to date
of vacation. Payment by VISA
or Mastercard.
