for this lovely single family home located in Kure Beach (approx l4  
miles from Wilmington) large home featuring 5/6 bedrooms, 4 Bath,  
garage, three decks, and observation tower, large living room  
w/fireplace, home located approx 500 yards to the ocean (parking  
area, gazebo, shower and bath at the beach) Pets will be considered  
on a case-by-case basis.  - Please note that rentals go from Saturday  
to Saturday - If calendar shows saturday taken - home will be vacated  
by 10 am with new rentor checking in at 3 pm...

Vacation Rental Amenities

Equipped with every amenity to make living a home away from home  
ambience -  TV and VCR/DVD,s in just about every room - Kitchen  
equipped with all cooking utensils, and equipment from comfort of  
living.  fax for receiving and sending to local #'s (need phone card  
to send long distance) Master bedroom has jacuzzi tub - Tenant must  
supply their own bed linen and towels...

Home is located approx 14 miles to Wilmington allowing loads of  
shopping, restaurants, sightseeing, ect., Minutes to Acquarium,  
Ferry Boat for an easy commute to Myrtle Beach....

Vacation Rental Rates

Home rent is $1,475.00 per week plus a cleaning fee of $100.00 - If  
an acceptable pet is taken the cleaning fee will be $200.00 in lieu  
of $100.00   For any questions please call owner.  There is a $100/ 
$200 cleaning fee, No other charges.  This is not ocean front  Home  
is approximately 500 yards to the ocean.  Home features every  
accommodation for a great vacation 4-5 bedrooms, 4 full bath, 3  
decks, lovely living room, dining room, kitchen completerly equipped  
with everything you need for an enjoyable home away from hom vacation. 
Please note - Rentals go from Saturday to Saturday - If a Saturday is  
shown as rented - tenant will vacate by 10 am and new tenant will  
occupy at 3 PM.
