2 baths/ den/ 2 screened lanais/ garage/ eat-in kitchen/ dining
area. King sized bed in master with TV, twin beds in guest (can be
converted to a king sized bed), and queen sleep
sofa in den. Living room has TV with DVD, den has TV with VCR,
portable radio/CD player, washer and dryer in unit, fully-equipped
kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster and toaster oven,
coffee maker, bed and bath linens. Extras include gas grill, two
adult bikes and beach chairs. DSL available for additional monthly
fee. No pets, No smoking.

This is a gated community with security entrance. Heritage Oaks has
easy access to the famous Siesta Key beaches, gourmet restaurants,
shopping, and community's many world-class cultural events. This
community is situated among lakes, preserves, walking path, and an
18-hole Azinger/Lewis designed golf course with putting green and
practice range. The clubhouse has a state-of-the-art fitness
center, restaurant and lounge. There are lighted tennis courts,

and special events. Golf rates for 18 holes (including cart): Nov.,
Dec., April $34.70 plus tax; Jan., Feb., March $44.70 plus tax.
