Our House is located in The Village of Country Club Hills on the
higest point in the Village Community and near the Orange Blossom
Hills Country Club.

Recently decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath with new carpet and paint
throughtout. Two (2) color Tv's with DVD player and basic cable.
Queen Size bed in the Master Bedroom, Twin beds in the second bedroom.
Sleeps 4 (No Exceptions). Central A/C with Heat, Washer/Dryer in
attached shed, Large screened Lanai with Patio Furnitue. Car Port for
one car with additional parking in driveway. Also included is a Gas
Barbaque for those who like to grill.

In the Kitchen is a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and a complete
service of dishes for 8, glasses, pots & pans with to many numerous
household items to list

Vacuum Cleaner, Ironing Board with Iron and all linens and towels are
also included.

Includes all utilities, basic cable and local phone service. Long
distance calling requires a calling card.

The addition of a golf cart is now available for the 2008
season.

Smoking and Pets are not allowed.

The Villages is an Active Adult Gated Retirement Communtiy which
features Free Golf on any of the 222 Executive Courses. Any of the 7
Championship Course can be played for a minimun fee. Golf carts can
be rented weekly and can be used throught the Village Community on
specific roads and in parking areas throughout the Village Community.

In addition there are 11 swiming pools, tennis, softball, 2 bowling
complexes each with 32 lanes, 2 eight theater movie complexes,
numerous restaurents, churches, shopping centers, banking facilities
and a 60 bed hospitol along with many medical facilities.

All of the above along with nightly entertainment in the 2 Town
Squares.

We are located a short distance from Disney World, Universal Studios,
Sea World, Downtown Orlando, Mt.Dora, some of the best beaches in the
entire USA and Cape Canaveral

Vacation Rental Rates -
Jan. - Mar. - $2200.00 Rented Jan. Feb. & March of 09
April - $1500.00
May - $1000.00
June - Sept.- $850.00
Oct. - Nov. - $1200.00
Dec. - $2000.00

Security Deposit
A security deposit of $1000.00 plus 50% of the entire rental fee
is required at time of booking with balance payable 30 days prior to
occupancy.
Cancellations made prior to final payment will be subject to a
$200.00 Adminastration Fee.

Cancellations (Full or Partial) made between 60 and 30 days of
arrival date will forfit deposit. Any cancellatios made less than 30
days prior to arrival will not be entitled to any refund unless or
until another renter has been booked for the cancelled period. We
will make a reasonable effort to find a replacement but all
advertising costs plus a $200.00 handling fee will be deducted from
your refund.

A cleaning fee of $100.00 will be deducted from your security deposit
one week after check out after an acceptable walk thru of the
property.

There is a $50.00 fee per person made payable to The Villages is
required to obtained the renters passes. This fee also includes Free
Golf on any of the 18 Executive Golf courses.
