Please inquire about monthly rates.

Rates do not include taxes, hot tub cleaning fee ($50), and reservation fee ($32).  Rates do include 
housecleaning fee.

Hot tub fee is for the draining and cleaning of the hot tub prior to your arrival.  The reservation 
fee is required by our property manager and covers the administrative costs and credit card fees for 
handling this reservation.
