Kitchen. We have Cable TV & DVD player’s in all 6 bedrooms with DVD
films provided for all ages.
The swimming pool complete with in-ground spa is surrounded by a
massive screened deck for sunbathing all day, offering very private
views overlooking a conservation area of Orange Groves and No Rear
Neighbours! The Lanai has an overhead fan and there is a poolside

LOW SEASON - December to Mid-February (Excluding Christmas)

MID SEASON - Mid February to Mid June, September to November (Excl.
Easter & Thanksgiving) £850/US$1320
HIGH SEASON - Mid June to August & Thanksgiving £978/US$1515
FESTIVE SEASON - Easter & Christmas £978/US$1515
Pool heat is recommended bewteen October and April and our rate is
£97/US$150 PER WEEK
Rates Include Local Taxes and all Utilities. For bookings of 6
nights
or less, please add £60/$93 cleaning charges to the Prices.
A non refundable booking deposit of £250/$350 is required with the
balance payable 8 weeks before arrival.
A $250.00 Damage/Security Deposit will be taken by Credit
Card “Swipe” at key collection by our Management Company. It will
not
be used if: a) all provisions of the agreement are complied with, b)
The Villa and contents are left in undamaged condition. (To be
determined by Management Company or Cleaning Service).
