Vacation Rental Description

The 3-level Livingston Peak home offers spectacular views of  
Livingston Peak, the Absaroka Beartooth mountains and an island  
range that locals call the Crazies.  This remarkable mountain home  
sits on 100 Acres and is private and serene, yet is only 9 miles  
from the quaint historic town of Livingston.  20 minutes to  
Bozeman.  50 minutes to Yellowstone National Park. 
 
The home has been showcased in serval architectual professional  
journals because of its' unique design which 'cantilevers' the home  
from the bowl.  It is a must see to believe retreat.

Vacation Rental Amenities

A fully equipped gourmet kitchen and marble topped preparation table  
take guests back to a simple and more peaceful way of living.  The  
kitchen is an open space and connects to the living room to promote  
easy conversation. Floor to ceiling windows surround this area which  
allows the alpine glow of the mountains to flood into the room in  
the twilight hours of each evening. 
 
A spiral staircase leads from the living room to the loft that  
serves as the entertainment room with a TV, DVD, VCR player. The  
loft also has double glass doors that lead to the 3rd level  
observation platform which contains a sunken hot tub, outdoor Taos  
firplace and gas grill. 
      
2 bedrooms are located on the main living level of the home (Queen  
and Double); the 3rd bedroom is located on the 3rd level (2 twins). 
 
1 Full Bath with an open walk-in shower is located off of the  
kitchen. 
 
Laundry facility, pantry and carport are located on the first floor.
