From the deck of this luxurious and large 3 bedroom 3 bath vacation
home located in a gated community, you can overlook the Bay of
Banderas, its sandy beaches as well as a number of beautiful pools
surrounded by manicured, landscaped grounds.
A short distance away from this peaceful setting, you can
conveniently access the best recreational and shopping activities the
area has to offer. Our beach front home is located on the north side
of Nuevo Vallarta, approximately a 15 minute drive from Puerto
Vallarta's International Airport.
This beautiful condominium has a full dining room, a spacious living
room and a fully-equipped kitchen. The large master bedroom suite has
its own luxurious bathroom, a king-sized bed, a dressing room, a
sitting area and closet space galore. There are also two tastefully
decorated guest bedrooms, each with two twin beds and full bathrooms.
Each room has large windows which provide for the entry of ample
sunlight, floor-to-ceiling drapes, and individual air condition
controls.
Other available amenities are elevator service and private parking.
The condominium complex also includes access to a golf course with
discounted green fees, its own tennis courts, health club, on site
miniature golf course, several pools, jacuzzis and shaded club areas
for eating or just relaxing.
Shopping is conveniently located at nearby Paradise Village Plaza.
Here you can find a grocery store, deli, ice cream and coffee shops,
several casual restaurants, two internet cafes, a bank, an ATM and a
number of retail clothing shops. More formal restaurant dining is
located in the nearby Marina complex as well as in the neighboring
hotels. More extensive shopping selections can be found a short drive
away at several conveniently located large shopping plazas and at a
Wal-Mart super store.
With Puerto Vallarta less than a 15 minutes drive away, you will find
many elegant restaurants, galleries, jewelry stores and boutiques to
suit the most sophisticated tastes.

The television has StarChoice satellite service with over 290
channels to choose from, a DVD player, air conditioning with
individual room controls, a fully equipped kitchen including a
microwave, stove, full size fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. Cooking
utensils, dishes, pots, towels and linens are also provided. Maid
service during the rental period is available upon request at a
nominal charge. Maximum sleeping capacity is six in accordance with
condominium rules.

Biking, private golf courses, on-site tennis courts and a miniature
golf course, a fitness center, several swimming pools, a jacuzzi, and
a beach with lounge chairs plus palapas for shade. Nearby boating
excursions, snorkeling, escorted tours to Puerto Vallarta?s old town
and historic mountain villages can be conveniently arranged.
