Margaritaville offers a HEATED POOL for the cooler months. Pool is kept at 88-90 degrees in  
winter months as long as guest covers pool when not in use.  
 Relax in the screened porch that overlooks the  
wonderfully landscaped tropical backyard and pool area.  
 The inside has been custom decorated with tropical colors and beachy accents.  
The beautiful beach is approx. a 4 minute walk. Enjoy the sand,  
surf, and sun. Here you can RELAX...UNWIND...and create memories  
that will last a lifetime.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Heated Pool with lounge chairs. Screened in porch with patio  
furniture and seating for 10. 
3 Bedrooms, 2 with king size beds one with queen bed 
2 Baths 
2 Queen Sofa Sleepers in Living Room 
Dining Room 
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and breakfast bar 
TV's with cable and either VCR's or DVD players in all bedrooms, Stereo 
Washer/Dryer 
All Linens furnished except for port- a-crib 
Charcoal Grill.   Upon Request High chair/port-a-crib @ $15 each per  
week
