winter months as long as guest covers pool when not in use.

The beautiful beach is approx. a 4 minute walk. Enjoy the sand,

$500 Damage deposit refunded within 14 days after departure as long
as no damages occur. You may be allowed to purchase a $45 damage waiver,  which protects you for up to $1500 of any unintentional damages to the property, instead $500 damage deposit. Must meet requirements.
