Tropical Paradise is a brand new, 30' Jayco Trailer, located in a
safe, gated community of only 36 trailers. Living room with full-
size sleeping sofa & two swivel chairs with full-size window, where
you can enjoy the expectacular ocean view. Dinning room(seats 6)
converts into a bed. Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove/oven,
microwave, small refrigerator/freezer etc. One bedroom fully
furnished with a queen size bed. Tropical Paradise is located in
mile marker 112 1/2.

Private dock, which has water and electricity, BBQ grill, Direct T.V.,
DVD Player, Pool, Patio Furniture, etc.

vacation rental rates
$595.00 per week. All rentals will be held with 50% booking deposit
due upon the signing of the agreement, balance due in full (2) weeks
before arrival date.
A refundable security deposit of $300.00 will be returned upon
property inspection for any damages 21 days after your departure.
