Vacation Rental Description

Tropical Paradise is a brand new, 30' Jayco Trailer, located in a 
safe, gated community of only 36 trailers.  Living room with full- 
size sleeping sofa & two swivel chairs with full-size window, where 
you can enjoy the expectacular ocean view.  Dinning room(seats 6) 
converts into a bed.  Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove/oven, 
microwave, small refrigerator/freezer etc.  One bedroom fully 
furnished with a queen size bed.  Tropical Paradise is located in 
mile marker 112 1/2.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Private dock, which has water and electricity, BBQ grill, Direct T.V.,
DVD Player, Pool, Patio Furniture, etc.

Activities and Attractions

Boating, Jet Skiing, fishing, also in mile marker 95, you will find 
John Pennekamp, most famous for its only living coral reef in the 
lower 48 states. Here, you can also scuba-dive and snorkle.  In mile 
marker 76 you will find the famous Tiki-Bar where you will find live 
music, dancing and also enjoy fine dinning, as well as all water 
sports, such as jet-skiing, sailboats, wind surfing, parasailing etc.

Vacation Rental Rates

$595.00 per week.  All rentals will be held with 50% booking deposit 
due upon the signing of the agreement, balance due in full (2) weeks 
before arrival date.

A refundable security deposit of $300.00 will be returned upon 
property inspection for any damages 21 days after your departure.
