Sunset Villa – Home Away from Home

Sunset Villa a newly constructed, five year old,  1,864 sq ft home 
with modern styling and all the conveniences of home. Perched on the 
hill to capture the sunsets with a magnificent view of  Puget Sound 
and the Olympic mountains, Saratoga Pass and Whidbey Island from both 
the living area and the Master Suite. With beach access a short walk 
away enjoy strolls on the beach, beachcombing, clam digging or 
boating. Access to the boat launch nearby. Perfect place to unwind 
and relax or that romantic weekend away.

Have your morning coffee and breakfast at the Bistro set in front of 
the picture window over looking the magnificent view, starts the day 
off right. Throughout the day use the spotting scope to view the 
whales, blue herons and boats up close. In the evening seat yourself 
in the white leather couch or black leather chairs encircling the gas 
fireplace for a romantic evening. Or retreat to the TV area for the 
news or for a movie or game of chess, checkers, backgammon or 
monopoly. At the end of the evening retire to the Master Suite and 
turn on the gas fireplace, music and dim the lights, the rest is up 
to you. We do have plenty of movies and CD's but you will want to 
bring your favorite movies and CD's to play.

Camano Island is nestled between the mainland and Whidbey Island. You 
drive right onto the island by bridge, no ferries to get to this 
island. Camano is located 41 miles from Seattle and 25 miles from 
Everett. Camano is best known for its arts community, tulip festival, 
state parks, boating and water recreation. Come visit the famous 
Tulip Festival such a beautiful sight to see! Also Camano is in the 
heart of the rain shadow known as the “Banana Belt” which is said to 
receive about half the rain amount of Seattle. Unwind, Relax, Enjoy 
the peace and quiet of the countryside.

Whether you are looking for a family vacation or a romantic get away 
the Sunset Villa is a perfect place to stay.  It is a non smoking 3 
bedroom 2.5 bath two story home. Master Suite has a pillow top queen 
bed, gas fireplace, TV, DVD and stereo with private bath. Spare 
bedroom has one double and a twin bed, other spare bedroom/ office 
has Queen size pillow top bed. They share a full bath. 

Downstairs is the living room, TV game room, dinning area, breakfast 
bar, kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer and a half bath. The 
deck off of the living area is a great place to eat or just sit and 
enjoy the view and sunsets. 

The home is fully stocked with all linnens and the kitchen is stocked 
with the basics, coffe, sugars creams and the condiments in the 
refrigerator, no other food for do not want it to spoil. All 
detergent and bleach for your use if you need to do a load of wash 
while you are there,and the basic cleaning supplies etc., but hey 
your on vacation who wants to clean and cook. 

This home has all of the bedrooms on the third floor so this is not 
good for those with any problems making it up the stairs

September 15th - April 15th  Off Season
1 night/day = 3:00 pm check in to 11:00 pm check out

$179/night Midweek (Sunday - Thursday)except holidays
$199/night Weekend (Friday - Saturday)
$199/night Holidays
$1293/week (7 night stay)except for holiday weeks

Minimum of two night stay, holiday week/weekends minimum 3 night stay

These rates are for up to four people. Extra $40 charge per person 
per night for additional people to cover the costs water & utilities.

The rates above do not include any damage deposit fees or sales tax. 

A $90 cleaning fee will apply to all reservations. 

Damage, Loss and/or Extra Cleaning deposit of $250 required. Damage, 
Loss and/or Extra Cleaning Deposit will be refundalbe within 14 days 
if no damage, loss or extra cleaning expenses to property has 
transpired.

NO SMOKING - NO PETS

A one night minimum deposit will be required to make the reservation. 
There will be a cancellation fee if not cancelled within 30 days 
prior to the date of the reservation. 

Vacation properties are often booked many months in advance and the 
property will be held for your use during your trip. When the 
property is being held for you, it obviously cannot be rented to 
someone else. Therefore, like cruise, tour packages and airline 
tickets, when booking/reserving a vacation rental home, you will  
need to make a full or partial payment upfront in order to hold the 
property. Normally this is not a problem, BUT if you have to cancel 
your trip (especially at the last minute), you should know that you 
may forfeit a portion or all of your rental fees. Usually the more 
notice that you are able to give, the better chance that the property 
can be re-rented and the more likely that you will be able to secure 
a partial or a complete refund.
