Delaware resort areas. Our Carriage House was designed/built by the
nation's premier builder of luxury homes and was completed in
November, 2005. Highlights of the design include a two-story foyer

showers, vending machines, picnic tables and provide shady spots to
sit.
Renting this property includes optional access to a Club House (a
mere 5 minute walk away) overlooking the Indian River Bay that
features both a large indoor and large outdoor pools, hot
tub/whirlpool, 2 tennis courts, fitness center, his/hers saunas,

All reservations require a 50% non-refundable Security Deposit plus
when the reservation is made a one time fee of $45 for a $1,000
Accidental Damage Insurance Policy and a $50 administration
fee will be charged. There is a charge for use of the clubhouse/pool
of $25/person per week (over 4 years old) or $6/person per day..
