Our family home will appeal to guests of all ages, being spacious,
fully air-conditioned and well equipped. The 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom
(2 en suite) detached private villa is situated in the peaceful
community of Eagle Pointe.
Light, modern decoration and furnished to a high standard,our villa
boasts a beautiful lakeside position and a large private (heatable)
screened pool.
Our accomodation comprises:
BEDROOM 1 (MASTER) - with king-size bed, remote Cable TV and pool
view. The en suite bathroom has bath with shower over, basin and
toilet with a walk-in closet.
BEDROOM 2 (MASTER) - with queen-size bed and remote Cable TV. The en
suite bathroom has bath with shower over, basin and toilet with a
walk-in closet.
BEDROOM 3 - has twin beds and a walk-in closet.
BEDROOM 4 - is children themed with twin beds and a walk-in closet.
HOUSE BATHROOM - is located between Bedrooms 3 & 4 and has a bath
with shower over, basin and toilet.
LIVING AREA - Lounge has 2 sofas (1 is queen sleeper sofa bed), 200+ channel digital TV, wireless internet network, free nationwide telephone, DVD, Playstation 2, Hi-Fi System c/w tuner, tape and CD. There is a small selection of DVDs, PS2 games, books and childrens toys/activities.
The Dining area comprises of dining table and breakfast bar.
KITCHEN - Electric cooker and hob, fridge/freezer/ice maker,
microwave oven, dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee machine, toaster,
blender, crockery and cutlery.
UTILITY ROOM - washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.
HALL - spacious entrance hall with house and local information
folder.
NEW GAMES ROOM - complete with 7ft pool table and air hockey table.
Also provided for your use:
Towels and Linen included (limited linen for cot bed).
Patio furniture (2 loungers with drinks table, 2 reclining chairs
with footstools, 4 standard armchairs and large octagonal dining
table complete with umbrella).
Gas BBQ.
Travel cot, baby monitor, 2 high chairs and baby bath are provided
for our younger guests.
Our villa is suitable for children of all ages with pool alarms
fitted to all patio doors.
We have received many recommendations from our previous guests.

Highway 192 which has many restaurants, shops and attractions is
only a few minutes drive from the villa including 2 large 24 hour
Wal-Mart superstores.
Other shopping worth a look:
Florida Mall - located on Orange Blossom Trail is a 30 minute drive
and includes a huge range of shops and various department stores.
The Mall at Millenia - signposted off the I4 above Universal Studios
is a relatively new development of more exclusive shops but does
include Macys and Bloomingdales.
Factory Outlets: 1) Buena Vista; 2) Beltz; 3) Premier Outlets are
all within a 20/25 minute drive.
Approximately 75 minutes by car to both East & West Coast beaches.
Popular East Coast beaches include Daytona & Cocoa.
Orlando International Airport is approximately a 25 minute drive.
Sanford Airport is approximately a 50 minute drive.
Tampa International Airport is approximately a 1 hour drive.

For most the main attraction is Walt Disney World a 15 minute drive.

Universal Studios (2 parks), Sea World, Wet & Wild and International
Drive are all a 20 minute drive.

Kennedy Space Centre is situated on the East Coast and is
approximately a 1 hour drive.

For golf enthusiasts there are many excellent courses nearby. At
least 12 are located within a 20 minute drive with clubs, buggies,
etc. easily rented from the golf courses.
