beach. This beach house was designed for the coast setting with  
every detail considered and carefully crafted. 
 
Property has commanding views of Netarts Bay and the Pacific Ocean. 
3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with several sleeping spaces in large loft.  
 
Due to the sand and weather, we ask that you remove  
your shoes on the carpet. Please no smoking!!      *******Pets are now allowed!!!!!!!!!!!!!*********

Vacation Rental Rates

June-Septempber, $200/night, includes guest cottage $1500/week  
October-May: $150/night, includes guest cottage $950/week 
 
$250 refundable security deposit and $80 non-refundable cleaning  
fee required to book. If using cottage cleaning fee is $20 extra 
 
*Major Holidays:  $250 night, New Years, Thanksgiving, Memorial Day,  
Labor day, Presidents Day, Spring Break
