Vacation Rental Description

 Ideal, Florida-style, non-smoking home in friendly Summerplace is more private than a 
condominium and better than a hotel! Comfortable, well-appointed,cottage 
single-story with three bedrooms with a queen-sized bed, one a double and two twin 
beds.  Two baths plus outdoor shower-wonderful on a warm day for removing beach sand 
from kids of all ages.

Fully-equipped kitchen.  Bright Florida room.  Three cable televisions, a VCR/DVD player.
Fully air-conditioned and has a washer and dryer, a charcoal grill and a carport.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Steps to the ocean via a private beach access lane. The Pelican Island National 
Wildlife Refuge, our nation's first wildlife refuge, is a short distance away on historic Jungle 
Trail.

Activities and Attractions

Our Environmental Learning Center, less than a mile away, has interesting activities for young and 
old. There are many brochures and references at the house about the several parks and hiking trails, 
great bike paths, restaurants, golf courses and other activities that are easily accessible in the 
area. If you enjoy fishing, you can surf-fish from the beach for pompano or whiting or fish in the 
Indian River Lagoon.  Cultural activities abound, including the Vero Beach Museum of Art and 
Riverside Theater. There is something for everyone!!

Vacation Rental Rates

Monthly $3,000 during the prime season or 1500 a week.  During the summer, $1000 a week or $2500 a 
month
