the many intracoastal restaurants, enjoy a sunset cruise or take a 
jaunt to South Beach, Bayside in Miami, Palm Beach or Fort 
Lauderdale’s New River and other waterways. The Intracoastal is only 
7 minutes away and the ocean 20 minutes. Plus, the Florida Keys and 
the Bahamas are only three hours away!

BEAUTIFUL SURROUNDINGS::
Since Tortuga is not in the heavy tourist areas but rather a 
beautiful neighborhood close to the ocean, this tropically 
landscaped, private, two story, luxury single family home is perfect 
for those quiet family or business getaways. A child-friendly 2100 
square foot, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with master suite and 
adjoining spacious office with cherry wood built-ins, Tortuga offers

entertaining or just relaxing on the patio and watching the boats

THE HOME::
The home, built in 1992, features exotic tropical landscaping, 
leaded glass front door, tile and spacious center cooking island 
kitchen. Enjoy ceiling fans everywhere and plantation shutters with 
a view of the canal from every room. French doors on the second 
floor leads to a huge 2nd story balcony overlooking the beautiful 
wide waterway. 

MASTER SUITE::
Downstairs private master suite features a full bath, deep tub, 
separate shower, two plush cotton robes, digital scale, hairdryer, 
white cotton towels, and dimmer lights. The bedroom includes a king-
size bed with a down hypoallergenic quilt, 300 count plush cotton 
sheets, 5 cozy pillows and extra warm thermal blankets for cool 
evenings and cable TV. A large walk-in closet and wall shelving adds 
to storage. 

Wake up with the morning sun as you look through the 
large picture window with view to side garden and accented by 
plantation shutters. Enjoy the French doors leading to a separate 
outside entrance into canal-front courtyard. Sip your morning coffee 
on the outdoor patio table set – seats 6. Privacy abounds for work 
time in the adjoining office with cherry-wood built-ins on both 
walls. High-speed Internet connection and telephone provided.

Tortuga includes a spacious living room and family room with built-
in library shelving, media cabinet and display case. Enjoy cable TV,

The kitchen features an island gas range, oven, built in microwave, 
dishwasher, refrigerator, icemaker, coffee maker, blender, toaster, 
disposal, trash compactor, cooking utensils, glassware, plates & 
silverware. Two upstairs bedrooms include a queen beds with down 
alternative hypoallergenic quilts, many pillows for comfort, cozy 
sheets, roomy closets, digital clocks and night lights. Brand new 
upstairs designer bath features roomy tile shower.

Activities and Attractions

Several brochures in the home detail local attractions, activities 
and boat rentals. Tortuga is located just north of Miami between 
Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton. Very close by is the Pompano Park 
Harness Raceway, Beach Air Park and Recreation Area, Pompano Beach 
Municipal Airport if you want to fly in by private plane, Atlantic 
Fishing Pier, and Farmers Market. Just 2 – 3 miles away are Las Olas 
Boulevard, Mizner Park, shopping at Riverfront, Town Center, 
Galleria, Aventura and Sawgrass Mills. You can also drive to Miami’s 
exciting South Beach (35 minutes and beautiful drive on A1A or take 
the highway to get there faster), Key West (about 4hrs), Disney 
(about 3hrs) and the west coast that includes Naples, beautiful 
Sanibel Island, Captiva Island and Fort Myers (about 3 hrs)

Cleaning fee $125.
Daily doggie stay fee $5.

RATE POLICIES:
Weekly rates are based on a Saturday arrival - Friday departure. 
Weekend rates are based on a Friday - Sunday 3 night minimum subject 
to availability. Rates are in $US and are subject to change without 
notice. 

DEPOSIT & RENTAL PAYMENTS: 
Upon making your reservation, we require a deposit of $175 
within 10 days to guarantee your dates. This deposit will be 
returned to you after checkout and positive inspection of the 
premises. The first rental installment of 50% is due 60 days prior 
to reservation date. The second rental installment of 50% is due 30 
days prior to your reservation date. 

CANCELLATIONS:
A 60 day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are 
made more than sixty days prior to the arrival date will incur no 
penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, 
that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full 
advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or 
early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
