    New Smyrna Beach is a quaint old Florida beach town located on a  
barrier reef between Ponce Inlet and Cape Canaveral. 
    Situated on an Indian River canal, beneath a shady canapy of live  
oaks, this spacious, affordable, and ideally located two story  
vacation home, (incl. Guest House), offers complete privacy for one  
or two families (in three living areas), and is just an 8 min. walk  
to your uncrowded traffic free beach. 
    Relax in the jacuzzi, swim in the pool, walk to the beach,  
explore the Indian River Lagoon, enjoy a drink at the bar, or play a  
game of pool; the choice is yours.                         
    Upstairs, the luxuriously large master bedroom/bath suite  
features a jetted tub, oversized shower, bidet, walk-in closet, and  
balcony.  Downstairs, a favorite gathering place for drinks, or a  
game of pool, is the Hemingway Lounge. An 8' slate pool table is the  
centerpiece of this large room, that also includes a full wet bar,  
stereo, TV and VCR. Also located on the lower level are two bedrooms,  
full bath, laundry room, and a private office that's perfect for your  
business needs, (office has internet access and converts to 5th bedroom). 
    Guest House: Need more space for weekend guests, or grandparents?  
Included in the price, and a special feature of this property, is the  
detached guest house. This 24'/12' cabin sleeps 3-4, has a full bath,  
AC, TV, fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, and a deck overlooking the  
canal. 
    A nature enthusiast's paradise. With a jon-boat, canoe, or kayak,  
(not supplied), you have access from your dock to the Indian River  
Lagoon, Intracoastal, and Atlantic Ocean. Fish for red's, snook,  
tarpon, etc. Dig clams, oysters, or try crabbing and shrimping.  
Nearby at Bethune Park, manatee's feed almost year round, and just  
down the road is the 57,000 acre Canaveral National Seashore/Wildlife  
Preserve. 
     Ecological wonders abound from your back porch in North  
America's most diverse estuary, (home to more than 4000 species). As  
you kayak away from the dock, sounds of land disappear, and seabirds  
roost, nest, and fish in this labyrinth of meandering channels.

shore, evokes a feeling of serenity. Typical sightings reported by  
guests include: Dolphins, Manatees, Herons, Ospreys, Egrets,  
Pelicans, and even an occasional Otter. 
    Walk to the beach (8 min.walk), and watch a space launch, or  
enjoy "the catch of the day" at one of the many interesting  
restaurants. There are 25 golf courses within 25 miles (4 in town),  
as well as lighted tennis courts nearby. Racing, and the most famous  
beach in the world are located 20 min. away in Daytona. 
 
With Disney only 80 min. away, make New Smyrna Beach your vacation

$400. Refundable Reservation Deposit that automatically converts to  
security/damage deposit upon arrival, (not applied towards rent).  
Add 12.5% FL. Resort/Sales tax. $135. Cleaning Fee. No Unsupervised  
Minors. Rentals run Sat. to Sat., and Monthly. Check-in 3:00PM, Check- 
out 10:00AM.  
We will "NOT" rent to vacationing students or singles under the age  
of 25.
