A total of 4 ranch houses and 2 cottages sit on our spectacular Family Owned Waterfront Property with a great view of Sandusky Bay (Lake Erie) . 2+ acre lot overlooking Bay Point and Johnson's Island, with a new private beach only for our renters, new beach side patio with common chairs and picnic tables, huge wooden deck over the water, floating boat docks, Game Room building, and playset.

There is plenty of space to play catch with a baseball or football, play volleyball, horse shoes, or to have a family reunion or large group gathering.

Great place to relax and enjoy the sites of Sandusky Bay (Lake Erie)
with the family and go boating, jet skiing, fishing or just relaxing
next to the water after a day at Cedar Point or Put-in-Bay.

All of our units have Cable TV, DVD, and are fully furnished with cooking utensils, stoves, refrigerators, gas grills and pillows and blankets. The 4 houses also have washer and dryers in those units.

In-Season Weekly Rates range from $850 to $2,250 depending on unit.  Weekends or shorter stays are available prior to July 2 and after August 15.

Special Rates: Offseason Rates prior to June 12 and after Labor Day Weekend.  Rates range from $100/nt - $275/nt depending on unit.
