Family Owned Waterfront Property with a great view of Sandusky Bay 
(Lake Erie) . 2+ acre lot overlooking Bay Point and Johnson's 
Island, with a new private beach only for our renters, huge wooden deck over the water, 
boat ramp,and floating boat docks. Plenty of space to play catch 
with a baseball or football, play volleyball, horse shoes, or to 
have a family reunion or large group gathering.

Great place to relax and enjoy the sites of Sandusky Bay (Lake Erie) 
with the family and go boating, jet skiing, fishing or just relaxing 
next to the water after a day at Cedar Point or Put-in-Bay.

and tube slide. Kids really enjoy.
- Game Room: Our seperate pole barn building houses our 32x30 foot -There is a pool table, ping pong 
table, Fuss ball, Roll-a-Score, Football Passing Game, Air Hockey, Basketball Shooting Game, Table 
for Poker, etc.

Check in Saturdays 3pm   and   Check out Saturday 10:30am

Weekly Rates range from $750 to $2,100 per unit
