porch.  Full amenities to include dishwasher, gargage disposal,

Scarborough State Beach is across the street, Narragansett Town  
Beach just minutes down the road.  Nice playground in the  
neighborhood with tennis courts and basketball. Located just a  
couple of miles to the Block Island Ferry, just 15 minutes to  
Newport.  Also explore Jamestown, Wickford and lots of great  
restaurants (of course, a seafood lover's paradise). Mini golf, go- 
carts, movie theater, supermarkets and shopping less than 5 minutes  
away. 
 
Summer activities include outdoor concerts, festivals and flea  
markets nearby.

$1,800 a week in June.   
$2,800/week during peak season, July-August.   
$3,000/month for school year.
