access to the ocean or backcountry and just minutes away from John  
Pennekamp park, the home of world class diving. Also minutes away  
from shopping, restaurants, grocery stores,bars and more. You can  
fish from the dock, feed the visiting manatees or just sit back,  
relax and enjoy the tropical climate while soaking in the sunset.

Vacation Rental Rates

Monthly rental available from August thru March 
 
$2,200 per month plus  
$100 cleaning fee 
$500 deposit Utilities will be deducted from deposit, balance of  
deposit,if any, Will be refunded after inspection and payment of  
utilities.
