Casa Las Palmas is a group of four Condos and three Studio apartments built to accommodate anyone's
needs that is interested in excellent accommodations with a great ocean view, from a single bedroom for one person, to a group that might want two-bedrooms or more. Las Palmas is located in the small town of Emiliano Zapata and is situated between the Four Seasons Resort and Rancho's Resort, and is one block from the beach. Las Palmas is also located between two surf breaks (La Lancha and El Faro) which have made it a very popular mini Resort for Surfers to relax after a good day on the waves.
 Also you can enjoy the Jacuzzi, with neck jet  massaging, and a 50 foot swimming pool that is a definate must after May. There are BBQ grills at your disposal if one wishes to cook fresh fish, shrimp, etc. and are sold daily by truck.
Casa Las Palmas has been owner-operated by Irene and David for over 15 years,they take pride in being your hosts, and are on site to ensure that all your needs are fulfilled.  We operate on a high volume rental basis, so don't be confused on our low rates, we have without question the best accommodations for the money in the area.    Small pets welcomed.  
   

Your Condo comes with free wireless internet connection,  also available is free phone service to the U.S and Canada.  All Condos and Studios are fully air conditioned. 
Each Condo, 1-bedroom and Studios have completely furnished kitchens with all amenities, including a microwave, pots and pans, dishes, glasses, silverware dishes,blender, toaster, juicer, coffee maker, and lines and towels. Each unit also has a full size refrigerator, stove,and Satellite TV. We also have a large selection of paperbacks books.  We have a  Honda 4-track quad available for anyone that is qualified to use to get to the restaurants that is 5-minutes away.

There is a spotting telescope on the 4th floor for watching birds, whales, surfers, etc, or just enjoying the sunset with a Margarita or the sunrise with a cup of coffee.  Also available for hire is our 29ft. Pro Sport Catamaran moored off shore for fishing or to get to the surf spots,  2 Kayaks to ride the waves, surf casting poles to fish off the beach, complete snorkling gear for rent at a decent price and some surf boards for rent at a decent price.

Golf, sightseeing, sailing, surfing, snorkeling, diving, hiking, jet skiing, boating, fishing,
relaxing and swimming are our guests most popular activities. You will enjoy great food at many of
the restaurants in town.
