engaging art, warm tones and mellow lighting create a calm, intimate space. Heated pool
shimmers all day and glows at night. Sunbathe and picnic on the dock. Exercise your boat and then let her rest on the (16,000 lb. capacity) boat lift.

Vaulted ceilings in kitchen/family, living/dining rooms, 5 sliding glass doors onto lanai
and pool, large insulated windows, ceiling fans in all rooms:
*Complete kitchen (everything you could need but an ice-cream maker. Okay, there's no
pasta maker either, but you're supposed to be on vacation)! Microwave, coffee maker,
toaster, tea kettle, ice maker, pots and pans, dishes, utensils and large pantry. Breakfast
bar, glass kitchen table (seats 4), large sofa. Opens to lanai.
*Living room: Bose sound system, cable/CD/DVD/iPod-compatible (small collection of
videos, books and DVDs), sofa and reading chairs, sliders to pool and waterway.
*Dining room: sideboard and table, seats 8.
*Master: king bed, deep tub, large shower, Cable/VCR, phone, slider to pool.
*Bedroom 2: private, double bed; slider to lanai and waterway.
*Bedroom 3: twin bed. For the wee one, a new portable crib which sets up
quickly; no tools required. There is also a pack 'n play.
*Office/Den: desk, phone, fax, Comcast high-speed internet access (wi-fi), futon converts
to a double bed, gorgeous afternoon light.
*Lanai: outdoor dining table (seats 6), gas grill, outdoor shower, 1/2 bath, 4 chaise
lounges, ceiling fan, pool floats & toys.
*Long wheelchair ramp from driveway to back door (lanai).
*Laundry room, garage with overhead door (remote).
*Beach chairs and toys.

This is the Gulf of Mexico... warm water and soft sand! Try beach combing or reading
by the pool, snorkling, shelling, boating, (2 local marinas rent boats for your dock), water
skiing/wake boarding, scuba diving, kayaking, fishing (deep-sea, surf-casting or drop a line
off the dock), tennis, golf, bicycling (highly recommended, islands are made for bikes -
rentals galore), Everglades exploration (by foot or fan boat) especially the Fakahatchee
Strand (read The Orchid Thief), shopping (5th Avenue in Naples & further north for outlet
bargains), dancing, dining on fresh seafood, real Italian food, trendy gourmet infusion,
sashimi & sake or clean your fresh catch on the dock and grill it up with a little lemon and
parsley (maybe a pale ale)... yum!

Low season (May-Nov): $900/week, $3000/month (1 week minimum).

High season (Dec-Apr): $1750/week, $5000/month (Christmas week: $2500)

Taxes, utilities and cleaning fees included.

25% of rent required (upon signing rental agreement) as non-refundable deposit to hold reservation. Balance of rent and security deposit due ten days prior to arrival.

$1000 refundable security deposit, returned promptly upon acceptable inspection of premises.
