Vacation Rental Description

Come stay at the best location in Sea Colony!  This is a bright, 
cheerful 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condominium on the second floor of 
the Brandywine Garden Units. Enjoy the stunning, unobstructed view 
of the ocean from the balcony, living room, dining room and master 
bedroom.
With only a 90 second walk to the pool and guarded private beach, 
our location makes it convenient to easily go back and forth between 
beach, pool and condominium--great for families with children or 
anyone looking for an easy, relaxing vacation.
We are the original owners of this great spot, and hope you will 
experience relaxed, fun times and make some special memories like we

Vacation Rental Amenities

Let the waves lull you to sleep! The master bedroom has a king bed, 
full bath, cable TV and ocean view.  The second bedroom has 2 sets 
of bunk beds to comfortably sleep four.  The living room has cable 
TV, DVD/VCR and stereo w/CD, and a wood burning fireplace. 
The fully stocked kitchen has been renovated with bright white 
cabinets, Corian countertops and a breakfast bar. The dining room 
table comfortably seats 6 with an additional leaf available.  A 
compact washer and drier is available in the unit. Each room is 
decorated to blend with the beauty of the ocean view. 
We are happy to announce that we are including linens with the rental this year.  Sets will include 
king and 2 twin sheet sets, 2 extra pillow cases, towels, washclothes, bath mats and beach towels.  
If additional sets are needed please let us know in advance and extra charges will be added to the 
rental rate, or you are free to bring your own.
You'll have easy access to a half-mile private beach with chair 
rental available, 12 pools (including kiddie pools and an indoor 
pool/jacuzzi), world-class tennis facility with indoor and outdoor 
courts, full fitness center (gym, fitness classes and indoor pool), 
biking/walking trails, bus and tram transportation to other parts of 
the facility. Small convenience stores are located on-site for quick 
purchases.
One reserved, covered parking spot along with another unreserved, 
uncovered spot comes with your rental.

Activities and Attractions

Sea Colony offers a Kiddie Kamp, tennis lessons, fitness classes and 
other activities for children and adults.  Take a leisurely walk 
into Bethany (by road or beach) to enjoy many restaurants, shops and 
playgrounds.  Rehoboth offers tax-free outlet shopping, and Fenwick 
Island and Ocean City, MD are a short ride away.  Golf, amusement 
parks, mini-golf and other attractions are near by.

Vacation Rental Rates

All rentals are Saturday to Saturday only
May 24 - June 14, 2008   -- $1700/week
June 14 - July 05, 2008  -- $2400/week
July 05 - Aug. 23, 2008  -- $2500/week
Aug. 23 - Aug. 30, 2008  -- $2300/week
Aug. 30 - Sept. 20, 2008 -- $1700/week
Sept. 20 - Oct. 4, 2008  -- $1200/week
**WE RENT FOR FULL WEEKS ONLY**  Please do not inquire about renting for partial weeks.
An additional cost of $35/per person (above age 4) is charged by Sea Colony for activities badges.  
These badges permit access to pools, beaches, health clubs and other amenities. This is NOT included 
in the rental rate.
