Vacation Rental Description

This one bedroom, one bath condo has recently been upgraded and features 
full kitchen and lanai. Located in the Hawaiian King building in the 
heart of old Waikiki, it’s just a block and a half from the beach. 
 
The Hawaiian King is a secure, 6-floor building built around a beautifully landscaped 
pool and garden area. You’ll find lounges, a barbecue, patio tables and 
chairs — and an atmosphere of aloha that can’t be found in Waikiki’s 
crowded, high-rise accommodations. 
 
Our second floor condo has twin beds and a fold-down double-size upgraded futon bed  
in the living room. Kitchen amenities include a full-size refrigerator, stove, 
microwave oven, rice cooker, toaster, coffeemaker, plus plenty of pots, pans, 
utensils and dishware. Also included are linens, towels and an ironing board and iron. A  
coin-op washer and dryer are available in the laundry room, adjacent to the pool area. 
 
The unit also features two TVs, CD, VCR and DVD players, and a telephone for 
local calls. Long distance calls can be made with a prepaid calling card.
