Water front townhome located on the bay side (Florida Bay) of Key Largo
in the Upper Florida Keys (mile marker 96). Spectacular views of Florida Bay and
amazing sunsets. Buttonwood Bay was built with a minimal impact on the
hardwood hammocks and is thus surrounded by the hardwood hammocks
of the Keys. The townhome is an end unit and is a split level with the
kitchen, dinning room, living room, patio, and 1/2 bathroom
downstairs. The two bedrooms and two full bathrooms are upstairs.
The unit has a large t.v. downstairs, a smaller t.v. in the master
bedroom, and both t.v.'s have cable. There is a stereo in the living
room.

Buttonwood Bay is a 43 arce gated community with a 24 hour security guard. a 
boardwalk to enjoy the views and cocktails at sunset is located directly
behind the townhome. The boardwalk also makes swimming and snorkeling in the
shallow clean waters of Florida Bay conveient. Buttonwood Bay has a
sheltered harbor where the units boat slip (dock) is located just a short walk from the unit. Dry storage for boats and
trailers is also available in one of two storage areas located
within Buttonwood Bay. An on property boat ramp is available and 
Buttonwood Bay has a marine store with a bait and fuel available. Buttonwood Bay also has a beach with a floating dock, two saunas, three
