The spacious living room with bay window and hardwood floors opens to a covered porch surrounded by trees, with loveseat, table and chairs for alfresco dining and is a great place to relax and listen to the fountain in the garden below. 

The bedroom with a romantic four poster queen bed has a full bath attached. We can also put a single rollaway bed in the living room for additional guests.

There is a formal dining room with seating for 4 and a fully equipped kitchen if you want to enjoy a home cooked meal.

The back stairs lead down to a private fully fenced, landscaped yard with patio furniture, shaded by a graceful elm tree.

Amenites included: Satellite TV,(in bedroom and living room, with video and DVD players); high speed wireless internet access; a monitored security system; telephones with answering machine; off street parking; central air conditioning and heating; washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.

All linens, towels, plush robes, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, etc laundry and paper products provided.

Pack and play crib available for infants.

Conveniently located just minutes from Universal City; (Universal Studios, Universal Amphitheater, movie complex, shops, restaurants and City Walk); NOHO Arts district; Hollywood Bowl for live outdoor concerts; Griffith Park;(hiking and riding trails, observatory, and the LA Zoo).

Just a few blocks from the Metro-rail station to Hollywood, (Hollywood Blvd walk-of-fame, Grauman's Chinese Theater, Kodak theater, home of the "Oscars") and to downtown and beyond. Close to Burbank, Toluca Lake and Hollywood.

Additional guests $10/night per guest .
Cleaning fee $75, (double occupancy) additional guests $5 each.
