Vacation Rental Description

units of this charming 2 story duplex are available for short or 
long term rental. 
Recently remodeled with new baths and kitchen.
Each unit is fully furnished and includes quality linens, iron and 
ironing board, hairdryer, alarm clock/radio, TV's, DVD and CD 
players, washer/dryer etc. 
Fully equipped kitchens with stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, 
coffee maker, tea kettle, pots, pans, dishes, glasswear etc. 
Each unit has its own landscaped and private fenced yard with patio 
furniture. The gas barbecue is shared.
Double size sleeper sofa and single rollaway beds available for 
extra guests. Pack and play crib available for infants.
Pets are always welcome.

Downstairs Unit features: 1 bedroom, 1.75 baths, new kitchen with 
granite countertops and breakfast bar, bonus area off bedroom set up 
as an office, living room with french doors opening to private 
landscaped grassy yard with bubbling fountain and patio furniture 
for alfresco dining, hardwood and tile floors.

Upstairs Unit features: 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, large living 
room and dining room with hardwood floors and bay windows; large 
covered porch with sofa, table and chairs, to relax among the tree 
tops; kitchen with white tile counters; back stairs lead down to 
private grassy fenced yard, shaded by a graceful elm tree.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Amenites included: Satellite TV,(in each bedroom and living room, 
with video and DVD players); high speed wireless internet access; 
security system, (including monitoring); telephones with answering 
machines,(all calls within the US included); off street parking; 
central air conditioning and heating; washer and dryer, iron and 
ironing board, hairdryer in each unit.
All linens, towels, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, etc and 
paper products provided. 
Pack and play crib available for infants.

Activities and Attractions

Conveniently located just minutes to Universal City;(Universal Studios, Universal 
Amphitheater, movie complex, shops, restaurants and City Walk); NOHO 
Arts district; Hollywood Bowl for live outdoor concerts; Griffith 
Park;(hiking and riding trails and the LA Zoo).
Just a few blocks from the Metro-rail station to Hollywood,
(Hollywood Blvd walk of fame, Grauman's Chinese Theater) and to 
downtown and beyond. 
2 blocks to Ventura and Hollywood freeways. 1 block walk to local 
supermarkets and Starbucks.

Vacation Rental Rates

$125/$135 per night; $850/$900 per week; $2975/$3275 per month. $70 cleaning fee.
Rates are double occupancy, additional guests $10 per guest, per night,
plus $5 cleaning fee. Pets an additional $25 cleaning fee each.
No charge for children 2 and under.
All utilities and services included.

Cancelation prior to 30 days before arrival, a full refund will be 
given, cancelations less than 30 days before arrival a refund will 
still be given if we can re-rent the property for the same nights.
