laws!). There is no need to feel cramped in this villa, it boasts over 2000 sq ft. Our 4 
bedroom, 3 bathroom villa is neatly decorated and designed to anticipate your needs. 
A Pool & Plenty of Room: After taking a dip in our heated* in-ground pool you can relax in 
the large living-room which boasts vaulted ceilings and beautiful views or cook a gourmet 
meal in our fully stocked kitchen. 
Location, Location, Location:We are perfectly located off I-4 near Disney World, Universal, 
Sea World, Discovery Cove and much, much more. 
So whether you are staying for 4 days of 4 months we would love the opportunity to let

Bedroom 1:  Master bedroom with queen sized bed, television and full ensuite bathroom 
with shower, soaking tub, and his & her sinks.

Bedroom 3:  Full sized bed with television (shared bathroom across hall)
Bedroom 4: (First floor) two twin beds with bathroom across hall.
Kitchen:  Fully stocked gourmet kitchen. (Food not provided)
Dining Room:  Comfortably seats 6, bar service for 2
Cots, playpens and highchairs can be provided with advanced notice.
Pool:  In-ground heated** pool (**additional charge to heat pool)

Vacation Rental Rates

Rental Rates: 400-700 GBP or $700-$1400 USD per week
Pool Heater Charge: 10 GBP per day/65 GBPper week or $120 per week/$20 per day 
Booking Deposit:  A 100GBP/$200.00USD deposit is required at the time of booking. Full 
payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
