Crane's Roost Beach House in Emerald Isle

Crane's Roost Beach House is in the third row from the beach. It is
a stand alone house on a cul-de-sac. There is a boardwalk to the
beach and is a three to four mintue walk. You can get more details

Roost. The location is the town of Emerald Isle known as the
southern outerbanks.

Sleeps Eight - Two master bedrooms upstairs each with a bath and
color TV one king and one queen bed - Two bedrooms
downstairs share a bath one queen and twin beds each
has a color TV and the twin has a DVD player

Well Equipped Kitchen - Microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender,
mixer, toaster, service for 12 dishes, glasses, silverware pots/pans

Living Room - Large sofa and loveseat, entertainment center with
color TV, VCR DVD, and CD/Cassette stereo player

The Beach - Easy access by a nicely kept boardwalk (about a 3 to 4
minute walk)

Parking - Breezeway parking for two vehicles and additional parking
on the driveway

Side Yard - A good place to play, and it has a tree swing

Large Deck - A portion of it is covered and has deck furniture

Extra Bed - sofa has a pullout bed

Air conditioning - There are two air conditioners�one for up and one
for down stairs

Hot Tub -  Holds six adults

There are six golf courses close to our beach house. There are many
good restaurants (some on the water) as well as coffee shops and
diners. Within a short drive there are fun places with Put-Put Golf,
bumper boats, water slide, walking trail, fising pier, charter and
sight seeing boats, shopping centers, nature trail, Fort Macon, Cape
Lookout, community events and many denominational churches.
Emerald Isle is near Jacksonvill and Morehead City.
