Vacation Rental Description

Our outstanding beautiful 5 bed/3 bathroom villa has over 2500 sq ft  
of fully air-conditioned superior living space.  This very spacious  
villa benefits from 2 master suites (king and queen), two further  
queen bedrooms and a twin room all beautifully appointed by an  
interior designer. 
 
Our villa has been furnished and is maintained to an exceptional  
high standard with cleanliness the upper most.  It comprises of 2  
spacious lounges with leather and formal sofas for your comfort with  
large TV's and dvd players one lounge has a 52" screen TV.  We have  
a playstation 2, a luxury pool table in a games room for your  
enjoyment, a dining area, two master suites  
one with a Jacuzzi spa bath, three other bedrooms, master bathroom,  
luxury kitchen, utility room, double garage and a large hallway. 
 
Outside to the rear there is an oversized swimming pool and lanai  
which received the sun all day, the lanai is so large that it also  
has a shaded area underneath a canopy and it also hold a brand new  
jacuzzi spa, the pool is completely private and overlooks a wildlife  
conservation area and we have a dining table and luxury pool  
sunbathing furniture for your relaxation.  We have also added a  
removable child safety fence around the pool for your peace of mind. 
 
Our villa is situated in the prestigious Highlands Reserve Golf and  
Country Club, which is located on Highway 27 and is within 15 mins  
drive from Disney. 
 
Highlands Reserve is a par 72 Championship Golf Course and allows  
golfers of all levels to play in a picturesque setting.  It has a  
golf house which is open for light lunch, communal tennis courts,  
communal swimming pool and a children play area.  Highlands Reserve  
is ideally located for easy access to all major attractions, with  
shops, supermarkets and restaurants only a few minutes away.
