Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful home, 4000 sq. feet w/ pool and jacuzzi, on two acres, 
with a huge yard in a park-like setting including mature trees, plants, shrubs, 
landscape lighting, and rock waterfall.

The home features: kitchen, formal dining area, living room w/ 
woodburning fireplace, great room, game room/wet bar, four bedrooms, 
plus separate guest quarters, and a laundry room.

Beautiful island kitchen with all stainless steel appliances. Granite countertops, 
computer work station, radio/intercom, and informal dining area. 
Fully equipped.

Open floor plan w/ formal dining area adjacent to the living room 
with the wood burning fireplace.

Enormous great room w/ French doors accessing the pool and backyard. 

Game room with pool table and wet bar.

The huge master bedroom has its own sitting room with french doors 
directly accessing the pool and jacuzzi. The master bath features a 
huge shower stall w/ three showerheads, his and her sinks, 
oversized garden tub, and a boudoir for the lady. 

Two large bedrooms, which share the newly remodeled hall bathroom. 

The 4th bedroom has its own bathroom, as well as its own 
outside entrance. 

The home features separate guest quarters with its own entrance,
bedroom, bathroom, and fully equipped kitchenette. 

Laundry room w/washer/dryer

The front door is equipped with a keyless entry pad for added 
security. (You set your OWN code for the lock, no keys required!)

Two-car garage

Vacation Rental Amenities

The great room and game room/bar covers more than 1000 sq.feet.
It features a huge 72" big screen TV w/over 100 channels of 
satellite TV, including HBO, a stereo system with 
"in ceiling" surround sound stereo, and a DVD library with 1000 movies! Also a "regular" library 
with hundreds of books. 

The game room features a brand new pool table, a piano, darts,a multitude of board games, and a wet 
bar w/ refrigerator.

In the master bedroom a brand new 42" plasma HDTV with 
activated High Definition TV has just been installed, and an 
eliptical exerciser, a treadmill, and a workout bench w/ 
weights are available for your exercising pleasure. 
The master bedroom is equipped with rolling shutters, which will 
eliminate daylight completely if needed. Also a walk-in closet with 
drawers and organizers is available.

Two bedrooms each feature a wall-mounted LCD-TV w/ satellite tv, and a 
dvd player.

The house comes with FREE WIRELESS HIGH SPEED INTERNET. If you 
don't have your own laptop, the kitchen features a computer work 
station which is equipped w/ a computer, and a  flat screen monitor 
for your convenience!

The house is located on over two acres of land, of which more than 
one has been transformed into a park-like setting, complete 
with flagstone walkways, mature trees, lawns, plants, and flowers. 
Sit under the palapa and enjoy the rock water fall! 
Enjoy the evenings with extensive landscape lighting. 
The huge solar heated, and lighted diving pool is 44' by 20', and 
the therapeutic "always ready" jacuzzi has been sunk into the ground.
There is a large covered patio with a dining table and chairs, as 
well as a brand new bar-b-q patio also with a dining table and 
chairs. Multiple chaise lounge chairs for sunbathing or relaxing. 
Outdoor speakers. The entire pool area is lighted.

NOTE: The rental comes with ALL linen and towels! 
No inside smoking and no pets, please. A deposit will be required 
for reservation and security, and a mandatory cleaning fee will be 
applied. Due to water usage restrictions, the waterfall will be a decorative waterfall only during 
the summer months.

Activities and Attractions

You will be only a 20-minute worry-free freeway drive to the famous 
Las Vegas Strip or Lake Mead with it's Hoover Dam.
You will also be in close proximity to such amenities as casinos, 
shopping, including several supermarkets, restaurants, parks, and 
golf courses. Other activities nearby include: Tennis, Theme Park 
(Amusement Park), Kayaking, Sailing, Boating, Waterskiing/Jet 
Skiing, Swimming, Biking, Downhill, Alpine Skiing, Wildlife Viewing, 
Hiking, Fishing, Fitness Center, Cinemas/Movie Theaters, Live 
Theatre/Museums, and much more.

Tom's house is lovely, a perfect place to rest. The "great" room is really great... spacious, well-
equipped and comfortable. Being outside the Strip makes Vegas so much better... close to state parks 
and with easy access for adults to go into town for the action. 
Tom is an extremely amenable, helpful and a really straight guy. 

This vacation rental is EXCELLENT.

An Ideal Rental and Home for the large family, family event, long term stay or a desire for a serene 
property ten minutes from the excitement of the Strip. Tom was among the most welcoming and prepared 
owners that we have rented from. His home was perfect in oh so many ways and lacked for nothing. It 
has something for every personality and activity from Sun to Workout to Video. This home made our
