Our 385 foot unit(416)is on the top floor. You can see the Gulf of Mexico and
Sand Key from the front window and outdoor seating area.
Our one bedroom (queen bed) one bath unit sleeps 4 and has a kitchenette with a
refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker. A chair, pull-out queen
sleeper sofa, bistro table and chairs are in the sitting area. A
hair dryer, iron, ironing board,and luggage racks are also provided.
The Pelican Pointe Suites Condo-Hotel is located on South
Gulfview Boulevard in the heart of beautiful Clearwater Beach. The
beautiful white sand beach and the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico
are just across the street!
Vacation Rental Amenities
Amenities include a tropical setting, a heated swimming
pool, fully furnished sundeck, parking - some covered,
elevator, ice-machines, vending machines, guest laundry, wireless
internet access, color cable tv and free local telephone calls.
Activities and Attractions
The Pelican Pointe is in walking distance to all major beach
attractions, including Pier 60, a recreation area with live
entertainment, vendors, food and sunset beach festivites. Area
attractions include the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, sightseeing
cruises, fishing excursions, restaurants, shops, night life and
miniature golf.
Tampa Bay area attractions include Busch Gardens, Lowry Park Zoo,
Ybor City, Channelside District, golf and several museums. Orlando
area attractions include the Disney theme parks, Universal Studios,
and Sea World.
