Why settle for less when you can have a larger top floor pool and gulfview unit for the same price as a smaller interior room.
Our unit has a "South Beach" insipired theme. Soothing paint, furniture, accents, lighting, carpet, bedding and a 40" flat panel TV.
Our 385 foot unit (416) is on the top floor. You can see the Gulf of Mexico and Sand Key from the front window and outdoor seating area.
Our one (1) bedroom and one (1) bath unit comfortably sleeps four (4). We have a queen bed and a very comfortable queen futon sofa - bed. Our kitchenette has a sink, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffeemaker.
A bistro table and chairs are in the living room.
A hair dryer, iron, ironing board,and luggage racks are also provided.
We also have beach chairs that you can use so you don't have to spend your money on renting them.
The Pelican Pointe Hotel & Resort is located at 445 South Gulfview Boulevard in the heart of beautiful Clearwater Beach and the Beach Walk district. The beautiful white sand beach and the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico are just across the street!

The exterior of the Pelican Pointe Resort will be enhanced this fall for the 2012 season. The new color scheme, landscaping and lighting will compliment our interior unit design. Our great location and these enhancements will add value for our guests and definitely make the Pelican Pointe Resort the leading boutique hotel on the beach.
Amenities include a tropical setting, a heated swimming pool, fully furnished sundeck, parking - some covered, elevator, ice-machines, vending machines, guest laundry, wireless internet access, cable tv and free local telephone calls.
