Beautiful beach cottage is one home back from Whitesands Beach / La' aloa State Park on a quiet cul-de-sac, a 60 yard walk to the beach.  5-7 minute drive to downtown Kona, two minutes drive to Keauhou shopping center & Movie Theatres, also close drive to Kahalu'u Snorkel Beach.

First bedroom has Queen, second bedrooms has King Size bed, plus two twin day beds in the family room.  Extra floor futons available for kids.  Nice Country Kitchen with dining area opens up into large central living area.

Located on a private, secluded garden lane, yet minutes to town and shopping.

WiFi, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, washer and dryer with laundry soap, ice chests. Kitchen supplies like aluminum foil, storage bags, filters, and dishwasher and detergent.  Small appliances like blender, coffee maker & bean grinder, etc.

Kids Stay Free! We have baby items such as high chairs, day cribs, car seats, and umbrella strollers available on request.

Rates: $119 to $189 / night.

We help with a SAFE financial transaction for BOTH sides :  No damage deposits to worry with. Your initial e-mails are welcome, but we will  require a telephone  chat before we  finalize any  contract.

We live, work, mail and bank within 4 miles from this home.  TERMS: only $25 on bookings more than 100 days out, with  25% 90 and 60 days out. The balance of 50% just 20 days before arrival. We  can arrange an arrival payment.
