doors in the family room, dining room and master bedroom suite open  
to the backyard lanai and pool allowing in plenty of light and  
desert views.   
 
Perfect for entertaining, and ajacent to the backyard oasis, the  
open 'great room' features a fireplace, t.v. entertainment center,  
windows galore, high ceilings, a fully furnished, eat-in kitchen  
with breakfast bar, separate dining area and a generous built-in  
desk, work counter and cabinets. (the villa's second 'office' space) 
 
The tiled entryway, with views past the dining room and out to the  
desert beyond, opens into an intimate formal dining room.  Whether  
you want a romantic candlelight dinner for two or prefer to  
entertain for eight, the dining room offers stylish, old world charm  
with sliding glass doors leading to views out over the lanai, pool  
and desert.   
 
The den, a perfect in-home office, features a unique project desk  
with computer, printer, high speed internet and wireless access  
complete with a seating area, cable t.v. and a sleeper sofa that  
converts to a comfortable Queen bed, when needed.
