Welcome to our private home. A 3800 square foot Executive Rancher with everything on one level. This
home is, nearly new, and surrounded by other other million dollar plus homes.
We are in a very safe gated community with 24/7 security. We are right on the ocean/beach with no
obstruction to the water. Step off the patio, and go for long walks on the secluded beach.
The main house has two king-size bedrooms. A separate but attached self contained guest suite, with
its own private patio and ocean view, sleeps four more in two queen-size bedrooms. All bedrooms are
airconditioned.
The master bedroom in the main house is very spacious and has a generous closet/dressing area and a
very large ensuite bathroom with double shower and soaker tub.
This home has a UV water purification system that makes all water safe.
WiFi internet will keep you in touch with the world if needed. The living area has a large TV with a
complete satellite menu, featuring many movie channels.
Sirius radio is easily plumbed to the patio sitting area, where you will undoubtedly spend most of
your time in awe of the view.
Whales breaching, dolphins and other large fish are a common sight, from almost anywhere in the
house.
The island kitchen is large enough to host a large number of people. All the furniture is very
comfortable. The large swimming pool is very private and overlooks the ocean.
For the ultimate getaway with total privacy this vacation destination is waiting for you.
Note: the ocean out front of the house has to be evaluated each day as the surf can be quite rough.
A rental car is a must to maximize your holiday.

Just step off your off your patio for long beach walks in either direction.
You are only one kilometer from a 27 hole deluxe golf course. Several more golf courses within 1
hour drive.
There are literally dozens of great restaurants specializing in seafoods and mexican fare within 10
minutes of
your vacation paradise.
You will be close to a great many beautiful beaches where you are pampered with great meals and
drinks of all
kinds.
