& balcony. Kitchen is fully equipped, granite countertops and custom
cabinets. Private pool, patio and yard. Built in 2004, luxurious
throughout.

A 4 bedroom 4 Bath Townhouse near the beach!

Just got back from a week in "Lauderdale by the Sea". We have a group of 5 adults and two children (2 + 4) and found the accommodations to be just as written up in the property description. 4 large bedrooms with bathrooms attached. Nicely equipped kitchen! We had more than enough room, even on the cooler rainy, stay in the house days! TV's in every bedroom so everyone could watch their favortie shows ,and a Bose docking system so you can listen to tunes in the living room. The location is an easy walk to the beach, and also an easy walk to many restaurants and shops. Played golf at two very challenging golf courses only 15 minutes away. Another bonus is that the house is located just 11 miltes from the Fort Lauderdale airport.......and.no tolls need to be paid to get to and from the airport, so you don't need the toll pass option on the rental car. Elevator came in handy when getting the luggage up to the second and third floor bedrooms. We would definitely rent this house again!

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing

We had four couples and two toddlers staying at this property and it worked out great. Having each room with an en suite bathroom made it really easy and convenient! The elevator was nice for bringing up luggage. The huge table at the house was nice for cooking big meals for the family. The pool is a little small, but not everyone wanted to be in it at the same time.

There were tons of beach toys, umbrellas, chairs, coolers, and toys in the garage, which was wonderful! There is even a little cart with the cooler, to help you lug your stuff to the beach. The kitchen was a nice size, although some of the pans and knives are a little old. The internet and cable were nice to have!

The beach is a short walk away (maybe 6-10 minutes) and was beautiful - the water was clear and the public access was easy with showers and benches. There is a Walgreens and liquor store that are also a short walk away, as well as some sandwich shops, frozen yogurt place, and shops. The Publix grocery store isn't far either. There is a nice park to take the kids about a mile away. Miami and the Everglades national park are about an

Overall, this was a great house at a great price and we would definitely stay there again! Joe was really laid back, accommodating, and quick to answer my questions - he was a pleasure to work with!

Beautiful Home!

We were four couples, all in our sixties, on our spring break! The property was perfect, 4 master bedrooms all well appointed. We were very satisfied with our accomodations. Great home and location. We walked to the beach,bars and restaurants. There is "The Pelican", a minibus that has several stops around town, for free. People around town were very helpful with any information. We were there for one month and a wonderful time was had by all of us. If there was a question about anything, the owner was very nice and always made time to communicate with us. Would definitely recommend this property. I hope we can all go back.
