Luxury Townhouse located in Laudersale by the Sea. This townhouse
is located between the ocean and intercoastal. Once block from each.
Approximately 2/10 mile to beach and downtown . This is 4 bedroom,
4.5 bath unit, 3 stories, over 3200 square feet. This townhouse has
a private elevator in the unit to each floor. All 4 bedrooms have
their own private baths. The master suite features a Jacuzzi tub,
& balcony. Kitchen is fully equipped, granite countertops and custom
cabinets. Private pool, patio and yard. Built in 2004, luxurious
throughout.

A 4 bedroom 4 Bath Townhouse near the beach!

Just got back from a week in "Lauderdale by the Sea". We have a group of 5 adults and two children (2 + 4) and found the accommodations to be just as written up in the property description. 4 large bedrooms with bathrooms attached. Nicely equipped kitchen! We had more than enough room, even on the cooler rainy, stay in the house days! TV's in every bedroom so everyone could watch their favortie shows ,and a Bose docking system so you can listen to tunes in the living room. The location is an easy walk to the beach, and also an easy walk to many restaurants and shops. Played golf at two very challenging golf courses only 15 minutes away. Another bonus is that the house is located just 11 miltes from the Fort Lauderdale airport.......and.no tolls need to be paid to get to and from the airport, so you don't need the toll pass option on the rental car. Elevator came in handy when getting the luggage up to the second and third floor bedrooms. We would definitely rent this house again!

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing

Beautiful Beach Home

We again had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach home. This will be our third year staying at this condo and we love it more each year. I would recommend this home to anyone that is looking to rent a beach house.

it is only blocks away from everything you need... the beach, restaurants, shopping, bars, food and drug store.. It is also not a far drive from many attractions.

The home is always keep very clean and gives you the home away from home feel. It is equip with everything you may need. It has all the bedding and extra blankets, towels, beach towels, a grille to cook on, a pool which is a little small but works perfect for us, the kitchen has all you need to cook and each room has a king bed(except one has a queen) and TV's.

The owner and property manager are very helpful with anything you may need. We would love to return next year for a amazing family beach vacation.

The home was immaculate. The place was clean and inviting. There were 7 adults and plenty of room for privacy and quiet time. The pool was a little small but served our purposes perfectly. I went swimming everyday. The kitchen was well appointed and had all the amenties anyone could ask for and more. The bedrooms were large with comfortable beds and TV's in each room. Two blocks from the beach and you are in the ocean.

We would recommend this home and we could have stayed a month.

Thanks Joe for everything. We met your sister who still has a strong Boston accent. She was very nice and accomodating
