Stone-clad gas fireplace in living room. 4 bedrooms - 2 king beds
and 2 queen beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. Loft with queen
sleeper sofa. 3 full baths and 1 powder bath. 28' x 12' deck with
seating and grill. Large screen T.V. with digital cable, DVD player
and Bose surround sound system. Washer and dryer, full kitchen with
microwave, dishwasher and other small appliances. 7 person, 39 jet
hot tub. Pool table and wet bar in walk-
out basement with patio. Private Dock.
vacation rental rates
May 1st - Labor Day...........$1295-$1695/week (depending on number of guests).
September 5th - April 3oth........$1095-$1295/week (depending on number of guests).

Weekends $200-$400 per night (Fri/Sat nights) except May 1st - Labor Day.
Weeknights $200 per night (2 night minimum) except May 1st - Labor
Day. $300 refundable security deposit required.
Add 10% Virginia sales tax. Linen service provided for $125. Pet
Friendly under 15lbs,unless otherwise agreed. There will be an
additional charge of $25 per day, per dog.
