Luxiury, Large Parisian apartment, NO a little inconfortable studio, with 4 balconees, large  
windows,with lots of natural light.   
Next to the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysees.Ideally situated in the chic 16th arrondissement.  
100 metres from Avenue Foch the most expensive residencial avenue in Paris.In the center of the best  
area of paris, with real old style residences. 
Between metro stop Argentine and Charles LeGaulle_etoile , line 1,who takes you directly to all  
important monument in paris, like the Concorde,musee de Louvre, bastille, hotel de ville, etc.This  
is the principal metro line you dont need to make any change or walk far.To go to the airport take  
RER A or the air france suttle both at Charles Le Gaulle Etoile. Its a totally safe area, you can  
walk safe at any time at night. It is situated in a small street, so there is no traffic or cars  
passing by any time of the day or night, it is very quiet eventhough is so well situated. 
 
Be careful some areas in paris may be dangerous principally the north like around pigalle(sex shops  
and cheaps bars),saint Ouen(pickpockers), Jules Joffrin ,Château Rouge, and others. 
The Appartment has well-furnished, comfortable accommodation, with luxury bed,  white decor and  
clasiques pictures.Two flats screen tv, internet wifi,telephone fax, printer,a 2.5 meters dinning  
table on wood ,wood made bar,a Louis XV desk and others antiques.   
The balcony looks out onto a bright  courtyard and trees, through large French windows. 
It also has a telephone: free calls in France and free calls for abroad (for some countries). 
Calls are not free for mobile calls, you also have an free internet connection. 
Full equipped kitchen, fridge, microwave,washing machine,toster,electric grill,mixer and all  
the crockery and cutlery you'll need.

From 550 euros to 1050euros per week or 160euro per night. For 2 to 4 people.  This is an all  
inclusive price: electricity,water,heating,insurance,telephone,etc;. There is a deposits required, 
a check that will be return at the end of your stay. You can ask me for last minute discount  
rental.  Payment can be made by banktransfer or by credit card through PayPal.
