parasailing snorkeling. Great bicycle and rollerblad trail. There
are also a variety of sightseeing, dinner and gambling cruises
available. Condo is located minutes from public Gulf beaches and the
renouned Fort de Soto State Park. Close to many golf
courses,marinas great shopping and restaurants. For sport fans, we
are close to major stadiums. The Dali museum and others within 10
minutes. Of course you have Bush Garden, a 30 minutes drive, or
Orlandos attractions about 80 minutes away.

is the ideal way to combine a relaxe and peacefull beach holiday,

Novermber through April 30th: $1500.00**1700.00 per Month
For the 3 months stay $1700.00 For the 4 or 5 months stay $1550.00 per month.
May through October, $1000.00 per Month
Annual lease, $875.00 per Month
Application for preapproval by association required, $25.00 fee.
(*) 3 Month Minimum, 55+, 1 month Rental "Security Deposit"
(**) Rent includes Cable TV, Water, trash and sewer.
(***) Electric and phone are tenant's responsibility.
