Desert Hills Social Center (swimming, dances, bridge, tennis, 
classes and tons of fun) this end unit offers a very bright and 
light floor plan including a convenient kitchen and dining area, 
lovely living room master bedroom and private patio.

Green Valley is a retirement community 20 miles south of Tucson.  
There are numerous nearby golf courses and you’re only 58 miles from 
Nogales, Mexico.  

The kitchen is complete and convenient and just a few steps from the 
dining area.

The master bedroom has plenty of room with a king size bed and is 
joined by a private bath.  The second bedroom also has a king size 
bed.

The living room is beautifully furnished including TV and stereo and 
has plenty room for entertaining family and friends.

Enjoy beautiful mountain views from your private brick patio 
equipped with a gas BBQ for those evening cook-outs.  You’ll see 
birds, rabbits, roadrunners and every variety of cactus.
