Vacation Rental Description

Located on the corner of 26th and Atlantic Avenues, 2510 Atlantic 
Ave.is at the begining of North Wildwood. Erin Shores Condominiums 
are only 2 short blocks from the Beach and the Boardwalk. Walk to 
both without ever moving your car, or paying to park!
Converted in 2005 from the former Erin Shores Motel, our Condo 
unit #112 is on the top floor overlooking the Heated Pool. The 
conversion included new walls, windows, doors, kitchenette and bath 
as well as year round heating and air conditioning. Our Family has 
rented in North Wildwood for 20 years and we took pride in selecting 
and furnishing our unit for our Summer Tenants. 
Our Condominium is Smoke Free.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Our Condo's kitchenette includes a two burner electric stove, with 
exhaust fan; Toaster oven; Microwave oven; and Refrigerator. A Flat 
Panel TV/DVD set, mounted on the wall in the living area, provides 
network and local cable service.
The living room also includes a sofa/sleeper (Queen size) and 
matching love seat. A Pub Table set is adjacent to the 
kitchenette.Dinerware for 8 is provided.
The large bedroom fits a queen sized luxury bed, 3 Ikea wardrobe 
units and 2 chests of drawers with 6 drawers each. Luggage stands 
are provided for all the "extras" needed during your stay. The 
bedroom has sufficient area to accommadate the needs of an infant 
for the week as well. Our unit has ceiling fans in the bedroom and 
living room.
The Condominium has 2 pools, one heated, both with kiddie areas, 
and 4 Gas Grills available for tenant's use.
A single parking place is provided with the unit, with additional 
parking available along local streets (without meters). 
Very close to the Beach, and Boardwalk, and close to Shopping 
Entertainment, Churches and Summer activities... you will enjoy your 
stay in North Wildwood in our Erin Shores Condominium.

Activities and Attractions

North Wildwood's beach is only 2 short blocks away along with the 
famous Wildwood Boardwalk. Swimming, relaxing on the beach, or 
looking for that special shell are all just steps away. Fishing; 
crabbing; boating; biking; are all available in North Wildwood. 
Shoppping and entertainment are available in the Wildwoods, with 
much more available from Cape May to the south and Atlantic City to 
the north, all within an hours drive. Delaware, with its Tax Free 
shopping is a short drive and ferry ride away on a cloudy afternoon.

Vacation Rental Rates

Full Week rentals only; Saturday to Saturday in season.

Weekly Rates in July and August 2008;   $ 1000.00 

Labor Day week, 2008;  Sat 8/30-9/6;     $ 900.00 

Check-in is 3:00pm on Saturdays, check-out is 11:00am on Saturdays, unless other arrangements have 
been agreed upon.

Condo is furnished  for 4 adults with some additional room for 2 
children in sleeping bags or pack and plays(not provided). 
Maximum occupancy of 6 persons.

A $300.00 security deposit will be required, with, 50% of week rate 
at booking. Balance is due 4 weeks prior to selected week(s).
