Island Oasis Pelican Key in St Martin/Maarten

At Island Oasis, we treat our renters as our guests! Previous
renters have commented on how helpful our 15 years of vacationing
knowledge on St. Maarten has been. We can recommend restaurants
based on your individual preferences, suggest car rental agencies
and assistance in planning activities. Prior to your arrival, we
mail a packet of travel brochures and magazines to you so you can
begin planning immediately.
Newly painted and remodeled throughout, our 3 bedroom 2.5 bath villa
has just been totally refurnished. Located in Pelican Key on the
Dutch side in a quiet upscale neighborhood, our villa provides
privacy yet convenience to beaches, restaurants, water sports and
activities. Our lanai overlooks the pool and beyond it the ocean.
Ocean views are also found in the large king sized master bedroom
suite. The second and third bedroom consists of a queen sized bed
and a double bed. A small beach is approx. 75 yards away with larger
beaches approx. 500 yards. Housekeeping services are available as
are babysitting services. References by previous renters available
upon request.

Air conditioning units are found in each bedroom as well as on the
first floor. Floor and ceiling fans are also found in each room.
There is a new dishwasher, stainless steel refrigerator with ice
maker, gas stove, washer and dryer. In the living room,we have a
linksys wireless system, a new large screen TV with VCR, DVD and
Play Station II. A stereo with audio library is also available for
use. A land phone in both the living room and master bedroom is
available if the renter wishes to purchase a phone card. A complete
handbook describes the amenities and procedures for usage. An
outdoor grill, baby equipment and safety baby gates
are provided if needed.
The kitchen is fully stocked with service for twelve and all small
appliances. Hair dryers are found in each bathroom. Four safes are
available for the renters. Please inquire about pets. We are happy
to recommend some restaurants and work with our renters to help them
feel like they are our guests and to ensure that their vacation is
terrific.

Island boat trips, jet skiis, and snorkeling equipment are available
within walking distance of our villa. Also within walking distance
is a Piano Bar, restaurants, and other activities.

2 Bedroom $2500/week
1 Bedroom $2000/week
April 18-Dec 20 3 Bedroom $2200/week
2 Bedroom $2000/week
1 Bedroom $1700/week

Dec. 20-Jan. 3 $4,000/week
Plus Mandatory 10% government tax
