dolphin swim by during sunrise as you enjoy your morning coffee.  Our newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2  
bathroom  
luxury condominium has everything to assure your stay is a comfortable one.  Both master bedroom and  
living  
room open to a furnisherd balcony with exposure to your private piece of the Gulf of Mexico. 
 
Our kitchen is completely  new with appliances, countertops, and cabinets.  Our spacious living room  
is tastefully  
decorated and complete with new furniture, stereo system, a flat screen 35" HD TV, and an electric  
fireplace for  
those chilly nights 
 
In the master bedroom you can view the beautiful Florida beach right from your very own bed!  This  
room also  
has a sitting area with a tranquil stone waterfall for you to relax and enhale the smell of the  
beach.  A king size  
bed is available along with new furniture, huge walk-in closet and a flat screen HD TV with a built  
in DVD  
player.    The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, large closet and new furniture as well.  Both  
bathrooms have  
been nicely remodeled with new countertops and sinks. 
 
Throughout our home you will notice fresh paint, new lighting fixtures, ceiling fans in every room  
and ceramic tile. 
We offer a private laundry room with your own washer and dryer.  Our second home is located at the  
BREAKERS  
building in Redington Beach.  There is plenty of parking on both sides of the building. 
 
Our condominium is just minutes away from Treasure Island, John's Pass Villiage, and Clearwater  
Beach.  It is  
centrally located for the St. Petersburg Airport (15 miles) and Tampa International Airport (30  
miles).  Come and  
enjoy the quaint place where heaven meets Earth!

Vacation Rental Amenities

This is our second home and not just another property, therefore our home has mostly everything you  
will  
need.  The kitchen is fully stocked with everything from cookware to plastic baggies...just bring  
the food! 
 
All beach towels, beach chairs, and pool floats are available for your fun in the sun. Little extras  
such as clean  
linens, house towels, blankets, TV channel list, internet, some digital cable channels, and toilet  
paper is also  
available. You may need some personal items such as hair dryers and personal hygiene items. 
 
Our building is meticulously maintained with a landscaped atrium in the center.  Our condo is  
located on the 1st  
floor so there is no elevator or stairs to take.  You are just feet away from the beach.  The heated  
pool is  
located on the Gulf front, inches away from the white sand and is furnished with beach furniture, a  
shower area  
and private bathrooms.  While enjoying the beach you can watch dolphin and manatee swim by, collect  
seashells, fish along the pier that is located next to our building.

Activities and Attractions

Get sunburned easily?  No problem!  Take the trolley north or southon Gulf Blvd. to find great  
seafood  
restaurants, retail shops,water sports, miniature golf, dinner cruises, deep sea charters, boat  
rentals and much  
more.  Hop in your car for shopping malls, amusement parks such as Busch Gardens, Sea World, Tampa  
Aquarium or Disney World.  Enjoy major sporting events like football, hockey, baseball, even horse  
and  
greyhound racing.

Vacation Rental Rates

This condominium is available October through March.  Rates range from $3000 to $3800 per month,  
depending  
on the season.  Rates include the reservation deposit of $500- will be applied toward balance, and  
cleaning fee.  A security deposit is required of  $300- refundable after walkthrough, along with a  
$50, and a 12 % tourist tax.  
registration fee.  Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.  If cancellation is made at least 60  
days prior to arrival,  
deposit will be refunded via USPS.  Rates may be negotiable.  Multiple monthly discounts available.   
Max 4  
occupancy.  No sub leasing.  Call or e-mail owner for further details.  Check in is 3 PM and check  
out is NOON.   
All funds are  
U.S. currency.
