Our guestbook is filled with outstanding reviews over the past six years.
- "Waterbury" lake house is starting it's 7th year of rental in the Waterbury
section of Indian Lake. It was built new in 1997, and features two
bedrooms and two full baths. Most all of our guests have returned from year one and love this property.
Each second level bedroom has a queen size bed with private balcony
overlooking the open water. Beautiful sunset views from the second
story balcony.
First floor great room has wood plank flooring and high ceilings.
Beautifull open water views, fully furnished kitchen,
bathroom with shower, washer and dryer, new (very comfortable) pullout queen sofa sleeper, and single pullout sofa sleeper.
The open lake waterfront has an oversize boathouse with covered
deck and electric lift for a pontoon or V bottom boat. This area was once a public beach and still has a nice bottom for swimming off the deck.
The cottage is not a duplex, the gray door on the right is a storage closet. The blue door on the left is the main enterance.
You'll have to leave your pets at home, and smoking is allowed
only outside.

The maximum number of guests is limited to seven (7) persons overnight and (11) persons on the property at any time. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
Pontoon rental available for Spring, Summer and Fall 2013. Call for rates.
