"Waterbury" lake house is in our fourth year of rental in the Waterbury
section of Indian Lake. It was built new in 1997, and features two
bedrooms and two full baths.  Most all of our guests have returned from year one and love this property.  

Each second level bedroom has a queen size bed with private balcony
overlooking the open water. Beautiful sunset views from the second
story balcony.

First floor great room has wood plank flooring and high ceilings.
Beautifull open water views, fully furnished kitchen,
bathroom/laundry, new (very comfortable) pullout queen size and
single sofa sleeper.

The open lake water front has an oversize boathouse with covered
deck. This area was once a public beach and still has a nice bottom
for swimming off the dock.

You'll have to leave your pets at home, and smoking is allowed
only outside.

Summer 2010: "Waterbury" lake house: Weekly rental only mid May-mid Sept.
$1175 Friday to Friday.

Fall 2009 weekly rate $650.  Weekend rate is $350 for three nights.  These are non-Holiday rates.

Fall 2009 weekday rate is $95 per night with a two night minimum.

Pontoon rental available for Spring and Summer 2009. This books
quickly, so get your reservations in as soon as you can.
